This restaurant is bright and clean. The menu consists of several different types pf pasta bowls, salads, and wraps. You can also make your own. The chicken carbonara pasta bowl was delicious. Plenty of chicken and panchetta mixed with fresh vegetables. A nice dessert was the cannolis with dip. I would definitely return.

David and I tried Piada late on a Friday night. There wasn’t a line. I ordered angel hair pasta with regular sauce. I asked the girl if the sausage was spicy. She said«no». She lied. It was very spicy. David had the calamari wrap. The calamari was a bit chewy. The ambiance reminded me of Chipotle. The food was good but to spicy for my taste. The canoli was good. We prob will not eat here again but it was worth the try.

Like chipotle for Italian food. The salad was fresh and tasty and pretty cheap. They certainly weren’t stingy with the chicken in the salad either

Let’s state the obvious, it’s definitely similar to Chipotle in décor and the manner in which you order. The food is really good, much better than Fozolis ever was/is. At our table there was Chicken Carbonara bowl, lobster bisque and steak piada. We will definitely be back. Be prepared, the line can get quite lengthy.

More like 3.5 stars. I had never been here before but needed some REAL food before I had to be at work. I arrived around 4:30 on a Tuesday and there was no line. The staff was friendly enough and walked me through their options. I did a build your own pasta bowl with the spicy tomato sauce, spinach, artichokes and sundried tomatoes. I was kind of bummed that the only pasta option that they have is angel hair, my least favorite of all the pasta varieties. As they added stuff to my bowl I assumed that they would toss it all together… Nope, they just piled everything on top of the pasta and put the lid on. It wasn’t a huge deal, I’m capable of stirring my pasta, I just thought it would be better with the spinach cooked down and the artichokes and tomatoes cooked a bit. All in all it was pretty good. Quick and filling, which is what I needed. I’ll stop back and try something else in the near future.

Ate here for the first time and loved it. I tried the calamari piada, with the server’s recommendation. Very good, and priced well.

The food is fresh and the service is excellent. I ask questions to the servers and they had the correct answers. Everything taste like it is from the garden. The restaurant is very clean. A lot of work is done to maintain their standards. We enjoy coming here.

We ate here for the first time tonight. Line was out the door and took about 15 minutes to actually get upto where you order.(It’s basically the same set up as chipotle). So it’s really not speedy in terms of «fast food» and I wouldn’t consider this place as «fast food» either as some other reviews have said. We ordered two pasta bowls two side salads and their cheese roll appetizer and cannoli chips. Our portions were huge!!! Over all food was very good nothing overly fancy, but def MUCH better then something you’d get at fazolis(aka fast food!) We saw other reviews on Unilocal about trying the Italian sodas they were out of the peach so we had the berry and it was delicious. In addition, I noticed that they do incorporate some organic things into their menu(like the flour) hopefully in the future they can add even more organic options.(This is another reason I wouldn’t classify this place as fast food, not sure how many fast food restaurants have anything even close to being organic on their menu/ingredients). I didn’t think the prices were to bad, similar to what you pay at Panera.

Couldn’t decide on what I wanted for lunch, so I chose to try this place out! Fun and friendly staff helped me all the way through the line! They were very patient with me and answered every question I asked! The chef had a knowledge of all the ingredients(sauces/dressings) and she explained them all to me in great detail! I tried the Skinny Vin dressing on my salad and it tasted just as she had described! Loved my meal! Very clean restaurant! I would like it if they had a Piada location closer to where I live though! Great experience and I definitely recommend!

First time trying the street food! The name fits the place. Me and my wife had the bowls and they were nasty! Way to much oil in the pasta. The pasta tasted like burnt oil. I would not go here.

I get the Chipotle reference. It fits. One thing about this place, tho, is they seem to have good sauces and more flavors/options than Chipotle(I find Chipotle to be pretty bland). I’ve only tried the steak piada and lobster bisque. The steak piada was tasty. Don’t waste your time or calories on adding pasta to the burrito — it’s unnecessary. Perhaps it adds a little texture, but like most cheeses on a sandwich, I couldn’t taste it. The bisque was alright. Sounds like there are some other options I ought to try next time — the piada sticks, or whatever. I honestly hate saying«piada.» Just seems like some, dumb, made up word. Lastly, I tend to eat healthier nowadays. Definitely had a crash after eating this meal. Looks like they have salads and fresh ingredients, so that’s my fault. But, yeah, add the seasonal allergies and seasonal affective disorder — it’s been an introspective day.

After a day of shopping, my boyfriend and I visited for dinner. We had no idea what we wanted, they PATIENTLY helped us through the ordering process.((It’s like an Itialian version of Chipotle.)) They took the time to explain each item option and what comes with what we ordered. The sauces looked so good, I wanted to try them all! I ended up with spaghetti, marinara sauce and 2 meatballs(with a bunch of veggies thrown in). The boyfriend ordered a turkey sub and threw a bunch of veggies on it, as well. BONUS: the portions were so big, There was enough left over for lunch the next day!

Overpriced«Italian» fast food… nuff said… if you are Italian and grew up with an Italian grandma who cooked you will be very disappointed at the food for the price.

It’s ok. The price is way to high for what it is. They do not put enough sauce on the food and the it is always never hot or cold just mediocre warm. The piada sticks are great though especially with the Parmesan dipping sauce.

I’ve discovered Piada this past year and am slowly becoming a regular. If you’re craving Italian but want something different than what you make at home but not a sit down I highly recommend this! I always get something off the chef’s special menu and their combinations don’t disappoint. I get the chicken basil pesto pasta. The piada bread is to die for– it’s grilled with Parmesan and garlic in between.

I always like to review places based on what niche they are in. For a fast casual restaurant, its pretty amazing. When I first heard about Piada I was still in Columbus and I visited the Easton location occasionally. It would have been everyday if I was closer… If you have ever been to Brio or Bravo the food may be a bit familiar… because the owner of Piada was the co-founder of that restaurant group. but I digress This is explained like a Italian Chipotle — I can see why people would say that but I don’t think thats entirely accurate. The sauce selection here is phenomenal and they have a serious variety of veggies and toppings. Also, if your calorie intake is not an issue pack in that pasta. Its pretty amazing with everything else in that delicious italian wrap. You can make so many variations and unique possibilities — healthy, not so healthy, and down right gut buster — all are available for you to choose. One of the best, if not the best lunch spot in the Belden Village area. Pro Tip: The pomodoro sauce is amazing and pretty guilt free. Also, you can opt for a pre-made piada that is suggested by the chef or make your own. I like to start with what the chef selects and make a few adjustments.

Best calamari I have ever had. I love the light calamari piada and tomato bisque! Meatballs look great too… If I could just get over the calamari.

Canton has been getting a lot of «fast casual» reataurants lately and most have been pretty good. I was going to give it a 3 or 4 star review until about ¾ way through my pasta bowl when I almost bit into a 1“x.5″ glass shard(see picture I posted). Although the service was great and the food ok(a little too salty & oily, the bf had serious heartburn), I wouldn’t trust coming back due to the glass in my food.
