Rue 21

I went to this rue 21 for my first time today I usually go to Livonia but I wanted to go to a different one and as i googled this location I saw bad reviews thinking oh man but they were AMAZING and VERY nice !! Two beautiful girls were working and both offered to help me with a smile !!! I had to do this because seeing the other comments was very incorrect !!

Rue 21 in Canton is horrible compared to Livonia and Novi! I walked in and no one spoke to me or my sister. Our whole experience was awful and awkward. I don’t think I will be going back there.

Ive only been to this location once. Staff does Not look happy to be there. I was not greeted at all when entering the store. I was not even welcomed as I browsed the clothing. I went to try something on and the girl had a poor attitude. It was very clear she hated her job there. She was very monotone. Prices are great but the clothing falls apart after 3 – 4 washes. You Really do get what you pay for at a store like this. I was so excited to see a $ 3 rack but its just not worth it in the long run

Rue 21 in Canton is so unprofessionally staffed its unbelievable. They were rude and the staff looked like they were 12. My daughter asked to try something on and the doors were locked and they snapped at her and said «I didnt know you meant now» with an attitude. Im a retail manager and if this was my store I would be so embarrassed. Just completely unbelievable. It was like going into a mom and pop store was privately owned.

Nice Jeans at a great price. Small men’s section, but just enough to find something new for yourself. Odd situation, but had to use restroom and they sent me down to target. They said it’s not for customers. Not a big deal, but at least you’ll have the answer before you ask…
Very young staff with lots of energy. The girl at the register was very good at suggesting additional accessories.

Ok but not for me i prefer others, it’s for college students like people. not for a women in her 30s
