I have been coming here for about 3 years now and I have not ever been disappointed. They listen to what you want and then they actually do that. I have not walked out of here and been upset with what has happened. When you walk in you feel like you are in a very clean and friendly environment. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a new salon!

I loved Lesprit until my stylist left… and they placed me in «good hands» (without calling me first to alert me to such a change but instead waited for me to arrive at my appointment. Nice)…which meant hands that FLAILED everywhere while she went on a tangent and made me extremely nervous the entirety of the appointment. When I got home, I realized that yes — I definitely had highlights — looked like a highLIGHTER though. So awful and unnatural, not at all what we had agreed upon. I even gave her an opportunity to correct the neon color to no avail. She simply shampood it with a toning shampoo which last a whopping ONE shampoo. After all her madness, I couldnt bring myself to return. I let the terrible color grow-​out in fear of ruining it with too many processes. Will not be going back.

MASSAGE review only!
I’ve gone to L’esprit for years for upper body massages from Jillian. She’s recently left (wahhh!), and I still have gift cards my wonderful husband has given me for major life events. So I nervously went with the front desk’s recommendation of Meg.
Well, Meg was awesome! Her specialty is deep tissue massage, but I told her that sounded too rough and could she try some medium pressure. Not to sound weird, but she did things to my back, shoulders and neck that I cannot even describe… other than to say ‘I love you Meg’.
I booked my next massage before leaving (and I’ve never done that before). Highly, highly recommended!

I went here for my wedding for my hair and make-​up. Becuase I procrastinated, I only had a week before the Big Day to get in a trial run. The hair was typical bridal hair, nothing special, the make-​up was terrible. They do airbrush but don’t use waterproof (really, for a wedding!!!) and they failed to tell me that there is an airbrush «sealer» to help the make-​up last all day – why would they leave out this detail-​your wedding day is the day of all days you want your make-​up to last?!? Soon after I left the trial, the make-​up was smudging and moving around my face in the hot summer sun. For the Wedding day, I brought in my own smudge proof, waterproof make-​up and the lady helped me apply it but she was clearly annoyed (and not that good at application anyway) so I ended up doing the majority myself.
Two bridesmaids and my mother got their hair done here for the wedding-​it was awful and was falling down before we walked down the aisle. My sister got a pedicure that was chipping and smudging by the time she was walking down the aisle. Needless to say, every service we got was a faliure. Not a good choice.

I had an overall good experience at this salon.
The woman who cut my hair had a different interpretation of what I wanted… I even had a photo. My hair ended up shorter than planned. The reason that I was upset is because she cut off over 12 inches of my hair. It was supposed to be more like 9 – 10 inches. The good news is that the hair cut she gave me was done well and looks great anyway!
When it was time to check out I was a little out of it after all my hair was gone… The receptionist made a big mistake in my favor… She only charged me for the color and not the cut or the hair product that I bought. I did not know about the mistake until I got home. (Because I was out of it)
So, overall it was a good experience and I am going to go back to get my hair done. I am just going to be very specific about what I want. I would recommend this salon to another person.
