Let me start by saying I used to live in the area, and don’t anymore. I live in NY where everything is magically more expensive and proper customer service is basically non-​existent.
I was on a mini vacay in my hometown and needed to fix my glasses that had been broken for MONTHS. Nobody could help me until I got to Sears. Amanda helped me and she was so wonderful. I didn’t need lenses, just frames, and she delivered. She tried her best to find me a pair that we could pop my old lenses into and we found the perfect pair. She was so friendly and willing to help, I will definitely be back when I can.
