All I want to say is, good customer service is 85% of what any customer expects from any business. I am a divorced female and most mechanics I’ve encountered in this area seem to talk down to woman. I have a old car, so I know all it’s problems and I tell the person that when I go to these places, but I don’t appreciate being insulted! It’s not what you say to people it’s how you say it.

Buyer beware!!! This place will take advantage of you. They estimated $ 440 to fix a muffler, then upped it $ 200 when we actually brought the car in to get the work done. Thank god they needed to order parts and we did not get the work done. We took it somewhere else and they only charged $ 177 total.

I’ve been a Speedy customer for several years and I really appreciate the quality service I receive at Speedy Auto. They really are speedy and I never feel like they are ripping me off. I’ve always driven old cars and I’ve found that several car repair shops don’t want to work on them(like my 93′ Ford Probe) but not Speedy Auto. No matter what I drive, they’ve always treated me with respect and courtesy. So, now that I have new cars that don’t require work as often and even though I’ve moved further away, I’ll still drive the extra mile to give them my business because I feel like they’ve always gone the extra mile for me.
