Do NOT trust them! They lied to me about all the work they would do. Didn’t do any of it. Not even the basics! Then the service manager of the Canton branch, Dan said he would personally come out for the second apt then know one showed up. Not even a call. Now can’t reach anyone. The technicians are lazy and poorly trained if trained at all. They do not back up their guarantee! When your trying to buy of course you get right through to someone but when you have a complaint you waste so much time just trying to get ahold of someone! Was transferred through 4 different people then put on hold for 30 min before I finally hung up. They obviously have no idea how to run a business… lies to get your money, horrible communication, technicians not trained, and don’t care about their customers. Now I’m being harassed to pay a bill for a job that was never even done!

Beware– they’ll sweet talk you & promise you the moon & back, but all they really want is your money. They do not live up to their verbal promises, so get EVERYTHING in writing– if you’re desperate enough to hire them, that is (try Orkin instead!). Definitely do not pay them in full upfront. I hired them six weeks ago & have yet to have my problem fixed– they have been incommunicado for over 2 weeks, despite several phone calls asking for help. Now I have dead animal smell all over my house & live animals roaming around inside. The service manager does work hard, but the lack of communication with their clients & each other is infuriating.

Horrible. Called at 11:00, put 250.00 on cc for them to come take care of a new problem inside my house. Scheduled to be here between 1:00 — 3:00. At 2;45 I called get an ETA as they were not here yet. They said they couldn’t reach the tech but left him a message to contact me. 3:30 still hadn’t heard from them so I called back and refused to leave a message again. Turns out the tech who was assigned my call did not even know about it. Even though I had already asked for an eta and was told he was paged! Ridiculous! Horrible. Do not waste your money.
