We paid Rich $ 500 for sketches of a re-​designed kitchen. Rich never completed the work. In the past month he completely disappeared. He has failed to respond to emails or answer phone calls or voice emails. This is extremely unprofessional! We found Rich on Thumbtack and left him negative review on that site as well.

Big Scam Artist. We have paid Rich Rolon of The Design Consultants over $ 50,000 for designing our home and purchasing furniture. Rich has not delivered anything. Furthermore, he fails tor take our calls.
We have already contacted Thumbtack, where we found Rich, and filed a report. Disputed our credit cards and now going to file a police report.
Stay away.
