Crazy good! We split house salad with ranch. Ranch dressing was excellent. For our meal we had the house special stuffed chicken with crabmeat topped with shrimp and asparagus and angel hair pasta in a lemon butter sauce… amazing.

A roofer by trade, it seems I’m going to be in this area of the country a lot this summer, so I figured I might as well find so local places to eat (I generally wait till I get back to New Braunfels). When I walked in I felt terribly underdressed — shorts and Converse. But they said I was okay. Then I was worried about the prices but was too embarrassed to ask and figured I’d just suck it up! When I got the menu I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were VERY reasonable. My server Adrian is quite pleasant. The unsweet tea is very good. I ordered linguini with white clam sauce and it’s delish! And $ 8 in case you are curious. Offering fresh Parmesan instead of pizza joint style would be my only constructive criticism. I will be back but I’m going to start stashing a skirt and sandals in my roofing truck. Ha!

Just moved to Canyon Lake and the cable installer recommended Italian Garden. Spot On! The food was great. Derek was our waiter. He did a fantastic job. Ordered pizza to go 2 days later and its now my favorite pizza joint too. Highly recommend.

We’ve eaten here a few times. Enjoyed the chicken picatta and Caesar salad. One time they used store bought tasteless croutons, but the other few times they seemed to be homemade which were much better. Decent spaghetti and meatballs. Tried the pizza, but was not a fan. Would definitely eat here again. Good service and nice atmosphere.

This place is horrible. Not only were they EXTREMELY unfriendly and unwelcoming while picking up our take out. The atmosphere was not inviting AT ALL. Walked in the door and did not get a welcome and the waiters were just staring.
Food was not impressive at all. Total waste of money!!! Calamari tasted like fried rubber and the chicken portofino was not seasoned and bland.
STAY AWAY!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We’ve dined here several times, most recently last Saturday. Food is always good and the staff/​servers are friendly and attentive. This visit, my husband ordered the veal parm and I had the linguini with red clam sauce. Absolutely THE BEST linguini with clam sauce I’ve had in a long time. The first time I ordered it, it was very good. The second time, it was like spaghetti sauce with some chopped clams (different chef?). Last Saturday it was unbelievably delicious and prepared just the way its supposed to be and with lots of clams. My husband very much enjoyed his veal. The warm homemade bread served with oil for dipping is always good. We’ve had their pizza and enjoy it. We’ve had spaghetti with meat sauce and that’s good. Looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing Italian food here. My friend and I were staying at the Silverleaf across the street. We decided to try it out because the lot was always busy. I had the Tilapia Picatta and my friend had Eggplant Parmigiana. I recently lived in Boston so I am spoiled with great Italian food, this little café passed with flying colors. We split an order of fried ravioli which I have to say was the best I have ever had. Don’t be deceived by the tiny building in the Hill Country, I wish I lived closer.

Haven’t been to this restaurant in YEARS. Was north of Canyon Lake today & decided to bring a Pizza home for dinner. Ordered Meat Lovers & brought it home for dinner. It was delicious! Loved the pizza because it was not soggy. I would love to try this restaurant again & eat in. Was impressed.

This was my first time here and was suggested by a friend. Our party of four was seated promptly and the waitress took our drink order right away. From here the service went downhill. We never received bread even after asking the server. We had to ask to have our drinks refilled. It took almost an hour to receiver our meals. A table of two next to us waited over 10 minutes and was never greeted by a server. They eventually walked out. The food was okay and nothing more.

Incredible complex flavors in each plate. We ordered the Mixed Seafood in white wine sauce, the chicken Portofino, and the daily special of chicken stuffed with crab in a lemon cream sauce with a side of angel hair pasta and topped with asparagus and shrimp. Each plate was delicious and met exactly what each person was looking for. The ambience was nice and the noise managed with the separate seating areas. The service was great, friendly, and helpful. Excellent value for the price.

Food is amazing!!! We came here because we were staying at silverleaf hill country resorts and passed this place on the way in. I wanted Italian but had no idea the food would be this tasty and delicious!!! We had fettuccini with grilled chicken and egg plant rollatini! Highly recommended! NICOLE was our waitress and she was highly knowledgable on the menu and made it so hard to decide on what to order haha! ask for Nicole and you won’t be disappointed

We got this to-​go while on vacation in the area, so I can’t comment about service or atmosphere. However, the food was good (especially for take-​out, which usually has a bit of quality drop).
We ordered the fettuccini Alfredo and the chicken Parmesan. Both were great! the rolls weren’t amazing, but we’re alright. I would definitely go back.

Glad to be back at Canyon Lake! We got take out from Italian Garden our first night. I got the ravioli and my hubs got the lasagna. We both totally forgot about the side salad and rolls until it was too late– definitely spend the extra $ 2 and get them. I will be getting the lasagna myself next time– the raviolis were good but the lasagna was amazing.

Great place! Service was amazing! Nicole was very attentive and really knew her stuff! I ordered the Greek salad and it was beautiful and fresh! We also had the tour of Italy and cheese pizza– both were very good! Very authentic and Delish!

First time here and we enjoyed it.
We liked the bread and olive oil. The kids liked their Spaghetti and Meatballs and Chicken Alfredo. I enjoyed my Salmon entrée. Service was good and food came in a timely manner. We were greeted promptly and seated immediately. Overall, it was a really good experience.

I come here about every six months or so when visiting my parents. I used to look forward to the food. The rolls were fresh and the food was great. I’m not sure what happened, but he quality of the food is just not the same. The rolls cMe out hot, but hard as a rock. The dinner I ordered was mostly sauce and average at best. Some of the salad leaves were old and had to be picked out before I could eat the salad. We will try it again, but this surely won’t be our first stop upon arriving in town anymore.
