This is a difficult one. I started a service contract with Veteran Cooling. My sense is that they were so bad that they had to change their name and hit the refresh button. When I had the predecessor come in July 14 because I thought something was wrong with an AC(one month after their maintenance service), I was told the a/c was fine but could use a new thermostat; went 6 months with mediocre cooling and much larger electric bills until their next service(under the Magnificent name). That service person was actually pleasant and helpful. He also told me that the one who came in July was fired. I was told I needed a new a/c unit and, because I had a service contract, he was taking $ 1,000 off the price and charging me only $ 7,200 for a ComfortMaker 3 ton unit. Made two calls after he left and got quotes of $ 4,959 and $ 5,600 for the same unit, the last with a 10 year parts and labor verses only 1 year labor from«Magnificent». So, I am writing this as a warning: a Leopard does not change its dots by changing it’s name!
