Plain vanilla is awesome. Many other options too, but you really don’t need them. I wish they provided seating though.

I work for SportClips and every time I’m in Cape for work I always stop in for a jackhammer(even occasionally on a leisure trip). I would love them to build in Southern Illinois(I live in Herrin)

This place is overrated. The custard is ok, but it isn’t worth the wait. There is usually a huge line outside and it takes forever to even order. Overall I think this place is average at best, and I really don’t appreciate the employees being rude like they have been in the past.

I remember Andy’s since I was a kid. We used to frequent the Osage Beach location which I believe was the original one. Andy’s serves 2 types of custard, chocolate and vanilla. It’s made every hour and is fresh as it can be. Their concretes are my favorite. I love putting cheesecake chunks in there. In the fall they have their famous pumpkin concretes. OMG Yum! They also carry different seasonal ones. I have to say frozen custard from here reminds me of back in the day when you brought your date to a walk up custard place. So freaking cute. There isn’t anything you can get here that wouldn’t be perfect.

Super cute, fun place to grab frozen custard! The custard itself is yummy, but it’s really just the adorable, 1950s vibe that makes this spot special. Stop by and snap a photo!

Simply the best frozen custard around. I have tried so many things off the menu and have never been disappointed. I’m a big fan of the pumpkin pie concrete and apple pie sundae when available. You can’t go wrong with a Snowmonster though.

Went to Andy’s for some sweet treat. The concretes were very good, but my soda had no ice. My wife had ice in her soda so I’m not sure why my didn’t.

Andy’s is my favorite vice to indulge in whenever I am in Cape(except for slipping across the river to The Pony, but that is another review). The custard is great and there are many different concoctions to satisfy any sweet tooth. I always like to get the key lime and blackberry concretes whenever they are in season. There are also some bottled soft drinks for those looking to quench a thirst. The buidling is also very neat-looking and the employees are always very friendly whenever I’ve been there. My only complaint is that there is no place to sit down so you have to either eat standing outside or else sit in your car. But still the terrific custard is worth stopping for if you don’t mind your waistline expanding slightly.

This place is fantastic. The custard is phenomenal. Pricing is on par for an ice cream /custard /fro-yo place. Would definitely recommend trying.

Love coming here with friends! The new items keep visiting exciting. They do however leave room for improvement when it comes to customer service. Seemed rather unfriendly disengaged on a trip earlier this spring. Also their drive-thru isn’t worth it just hop out and wait in line.

Had to try the infamous Andy’s. I will admit, it was delicious. I got the James Brownie Jackhammer. It was peanut butter, custard, brownie, and I got a caramel center instead of chocolate. It was melty and I gulped it down. Only 4 stars because service took forever, guy behind the window took forever to get our order or even acknowledge us. I get they were busy but at least tell us «one second» guy. Also, limited options in my opinion. Tons of add ons, but not a lot to choose from like at Dairy Queen in terms of already made ice creams/concretes.

I never had frozen custard before. I tried it today, and it was wonderful! I got a strawberry shortcake«concrete.» They mixed the strawberries and the shortcake into the frozen custard. Dunno why they call it a concrete. Whatever. It’s really good. The strawberries were delicious and were perfect in the vanilla creaminess! Andy’s has many flavors and toppings. There are sundaes, concretes, cones, malts and drinks. The employee that helped me was a sweetheart.
