Luna Tree Service

If this company had actually given me the requested estimate to remove a tree, I would be leaving a review of the service provided instead of a review of how my call was handled.
Twenty years ago, Luna was THE local service to call when trees needed trimming or removal. We were supporting local business while being provided a good service. When I called last week, Juan answered «hello» and I had to ask if I’d reached the correct number. He confirmed, said he would call me back, which he did within a short time. He told me to email a picture and he would provide a quote. It’s been several days and I’m still waiting. Oh wait, no I’m not. Another service is coming in three days to remove the tree. Their quote came through promptly AND it was very reasonable. Too bad they’re not local because I still like to support local businesses.

Absolutely fantastic! Juan response to my call quickly and they were at our house the next day completing the work. To top it all off, they did a fantastic job and left my yard more tidy than when they arrived. I would highly recommend calling Luna if you have trees that need to be trimmed or removed.

Luna did an excellent job on my trees. My olive trees needed trimming for the first time so I was nervous that a tree service might hack them up but Luna did a very nice job and I am very happy. The trees were trimmed exactly as I hoped they would be. The estimate was presented in writing with very detailed notes about what was to be done. They were on time and courteous and did a very good job cleaning up.
