Ok so I know you’re probably thinking four stars for a damn taco bell/​KFC? She is straight buggin’! But really Im not. I’ve been to this taco bell/​KFC drive thru TWICE and each time the food ordered and recv’d is fresh and hot. Not much else to add but I appreciate the efficiency of the drive thru service.

We entered while an employee was mopping the floor. He was the best part of the visit. After waiting 10 minutes, the cashier announced that they were only serving on the KFC side and not the Taco Bell side. A customer who had been waiting for 15 min for his order was told he would have to wait 5 more min for fries. He was dismayed and asked to substitute another item. The employee mopping the floor expressed his empathy for the customer’s inconvenience. That is when he announced that the cook didn’t speak English. When the cashier finally alerted the line that the Taco Bell side was closed, half of the people in line left. It isn’t Halloween yet Taco Bell, but Boo!!!

This location is both a Taco Bell and KFC. At night though, they always say the Taco Bell side is closed, which is weird since Taco Bell advertises being open late. Then they start to list all the things they’re out of. This has happened on several occasions.
I’ve never had issues with staff, they’re friendly enough. And if you go during the day you’ll get the run of the full menu.

First time here its late so no line service is cool they give u alot of food compared to other taco bells in my area… my beefy burtio box was well prepared. Didnt have to wait long like the one in Largo. I actually had to wait and was stuck one hour in the largo location taco bell… well deserved five stars

I will do everything I can to avoid going back to this Taco Bell! The drive thru line was extremely long and slow. Got to the menu to order and could barely here the person taking my order. Repeated 3 times what I wanted and finally after straining to hear and talk I was able to pull away to the window. After getting to the window and waiting another two minutes finally I got my food. Pulled off then thought maybe I should check my food. Yep… What more could go wrong?! Oh yeah just mess up my order, hard tacos instead of soft, food cold… Never again!
