Robin Steinberg – Toyota Specialist

As an older woman entering a car lot I felt immediately at ease when I found Robin Steinberg at Toyota of Santa Cruz. Yes, I have a personal bias about working with women when I purchase a large ticket item like a new car or house, and my experience this time confirmed my belief that women understand the needs of other women BETTER than men do. Robin was patient and informative as I struggled with the decision of which car I wanted. It took three visits to the dealership and by the end of the first visit I knew Robin would be the sales person I would happily turn my trust and money over to. Honesty and sensitivity are her hallmarks. I can’t recommend her enough to friends and strangers in need of a new or used car. And then there’s the simple issue of loving my old and new Prius. All I can say is it was an outstanding experience, Robin was great she really knows her stuff.
