Prices are extremely cheap for the quality that you get!
Also the only place I go to to get my eyebrows waxed!

I used to go to this nail salon all the time, but it has gone downhill. It’s not as clean as it used to be and the customer service is not good. Disappointing.

Great place to stop in for a quick mani/​pedi! I’ve never had a bad experience here. I had stopped coming here a few years ago because they were always so busy and sometimes I’d have to wait longer than I’d like. Since they expanded, I’m always in the chair quickly and getting worked on shortly after that. Bonus: they have a punch card and you can earn a free pedi.

Pretty poorly done. Not horrible just about as good as I can do at home. I don’t like that they used a scrub and hot stones together because it’s really uncomfortable borderline painful. They also didn’t use lotion so my skin was also uncomfortably itchy. But the staff was very nice. I came here while my car was being washed so I had my dog and they were really cool about letting me tie him to their door. Which is annoying for customers I’m sure. So anyway, three stars for being chill.

Not gonna lie, I’d been here before and wasn’t impressed. I was reluctant to go back until today. I planned my entire day around going to the nail salon for the first time since I had my baby 9 weeks ago. I desperately needed a few hours out of the house and as carefully as I prepared myself and my baby, she started crying as soon as we got there. Thank GOODNESS for the ladies at this salon! They rocked the stroller for me and entertained my baby until I was done. Not to mention the manicurist did a great job in a small amount of time. Customer service has always been the most important thing to me and because of theirs, I will definitely be back (with my baby!).

I am only writing this review because what I saw yesterday was unacceptable. Once the lady was done doing my nails she picked up her kit and went to the next person. Same kit. She made me bleed on two of my fingers so now the lady behind me will be exposed to my blood and everyone else who is used with that kit. Absolutely NOT ok.
My nails don’t even look good. I had a gel French manicure and the gel has over flowed into my skin and now lifting up along the edges.
My friend I went with woke up this morning and text me that a few of her fingers are bright red and painful around the nails after her manicure.
$ 30 down the drain on that one. Save your money and go somewhere that practices infection control.

I’ve been coming here for years they do a great job! Friendly, convenient, plenty of parking. Kenny does my gel manicure, I’m spoiled and never want to go anywhere else! All the women provide thorough and relaxing pedicures. I’ve seen customers of all ages come in, from young kids to seniors with walkers — all are welcome! Reasonable prices too.

Whatever you do, don’t use your credit card here. Manicure was mediocre, my nails were roughed up so much for a gel manicure, they all broke within a few days and now I’m waiting for them to grow out.

Giving two stars because my nails look pretty. This was my first time trying Tiffany’s. I usually go to Tracy’s, but was looking for a quieter environment. I paid $ 35 for white tips with gel and a flower. But, my manicure didn’t feel like a manicure. The gentleman who did my nails took off my existing polish, then started fitting for white tips. Every other nail salon I’ve been to takes time to remove hang nails, fix my cuticles, file/​buff, lotion, etc. I asked the gentleman to cut my nails, but he said it «wouldn’t matter once the white tips were on». Umm okay. He then used the drill to smooth the surface of my nails down. (Typical) They felt fine at the time. However, hours later I couldn’t pick up a glass of water because he thinned my nails so much and they were sore. I wouldn’t spend my $ 35 here again. Could get lotion, massage, cuticle care, etc. for the same price at Tracy’s.

If you are looking for clean, fun, quiet and professional then Tiffany’s Nails is the perfect place. I know there are a ton of salons to choose from but these ladies (and Kenny!) are the best! My daughter and I have been going there for years and every time come out smiling. Did I mention the greatest massages too! Add in the fact that you can’t beat the price. My favorite part is most the staff are dedicated and have been there for a long time too — They know us by name and them as well. Thank you Tami for doing an incredible job and can’t wait to see you next week!

I love getting my nails done here. I can never do my own toes as well as the girls at Tiffany’s and Ken does a great job on my nails! They’ve always done my mani and pedi at the same time which gets me out the door quicker. So fun and super reasonably priced. I’ll be back!!!

If you are looking for clean and quiet go somewhere else. There was a long hair ball on the floor that got stuck to my shoe and the girl pulled it off and threw it back on the floor! Dirty place!

I love this place. I’ve been to many nail salons around town and I keep coming back to this one. I feel that over time a lot of nail salons have slacked on their pedicures and haven’t given much of a massage or taken their time. Every time I come to Tiffany’s they always take their time and the massages are great. They also use a scrub in their regular pedicure, which is awesome! I just recently got a manicure as well with gel and it looks great. I haven’t been a fan of gel manicures, but they really did a great job. I will keep returning! Plus, the prices are great!

I have been to almost every nail shop here in santa cruz and capitola, this place is hands down the best one I have ever been to! The people are so nice, and pay attention to detail. I got a pointed long length full set airbrushed gel set for less than $ 50 I got great quality work for good price and im leaving happy with clean fingers!

I went with 3 other girls for before my friends wedding at 10am on a Friday to get shellac manicures. My friend had made an appointment so we were able to sit right away. First off, none of us were «allowed» to sit next to each other, which was disappointing. The lady doing my nails really took her time so I thought it would be great. However, she cut my cuticle twice and it would not stop bleeding! She ended up doing my manicure over it, and now you can still see a bit of dried blood near the edge of my nail. Besides the bleeding, they looked nice… For 3 days! Then they started chipping! Shellac is supposed to last about 2 weeks not 3 days! I definitely won’t go back again. They get two stars because they pampered my friend (the bride).

Horrible customer service. My mom and I made an 11am appointment on Mother’s Day. We arrived at 11 picked out color and they say us right away. 1130 rolls by and I ask her if we should come back another time. She gave me a dirty look and started speaking to her co workers in Vietnamese. As a business owner, I think that is very rude. Also, no water was filled. We literally just sat there ON MOTHERS DAY! It wasn’t even busy. It was ridiculous. Never going back. My mom loved that place but now we got to a place that appreciates our business.

Came here just before 2pm on Friday 9÷7÷12 and wanted a pedicure: I was told to wait: so I waited and waited and waited and then two ladies (walk ins) asked for pedicures and they were seated straight away. I was ignored the entire time.
I walked out at 2:30pm and will never come back. Sorry … you just lost a weekly customer since I am in this area every Friday afternoon.
I will not recommend this nail salon to any one. You ignored me so I will ignore you with my money.
