Togos isn’t my favorite sandwich shop but they have never disappointed. Excellent customer service. Employees engage in friendly conversation and service was prompt and correct. Keep it up!

This store is clean, has personable helpful staff and tasty sandwiches. We had visited before and had a good experience. My husband and I ordered one sandwich on this visit, and the staff person offered to cut and separately wrap it for us. An unexpected and welcome surprise!

Most of the time, the service is good and you get the sandwich you expect. This location isn’t always consistent. My last visit was really off. I had placed a phone order to be picked up at certain time. I had arrived to pick it up and the order was not made. They made the sandwich while I waited. Got home and the order wasn’t made with the ordered ingredients. Not a life and death situation, but how hard is it to take a sandwich order and fill it correctly?

Local TOGOs sandwich shop in Capitola. Friendly and helpful employees. Only going 4-stars as it is not quite as cleanly as I would have liked, but sandwiches were good and I learned about SECRET menu items. One of which is the«hot pocket». Guess it is like IN-N-OUT in that they have items you can order that are created by employees and not on the menu. They also have a daily deal and rotate sandwiches. Thank you TOGOs, you still beat your competitors, just clean up the place a bit, in fact a lot, for a 5-star review.

Above average sandwichs! I was impressed with the employee attitude. They made me laugh by using a little benign mimicry and answered my questions in a thoughtful manner.

Ok I have been coming to various TOGO’S for years, and I am generally happy with all of them. I did not give this store more stars because of the sandwich made. Usually the sandwiches here are solid, and you can count on a consistent meal every time. This time, I had the #9 and it was made by the manager… That being said, it was cold, lacked flavor, very little condiments, just a let down all the way around. I will be back, because it is a good chain, I just think that manager needs to go back to sandwich school…

I ordered the turkey and cheese sandwich made as a «sandwich bowl». Almost $ 7 for barely any veggies with a couple pieces of meat and cheese on top. Not good portions. I was happy they melted the cheese for me though. The staff seemed nice.

Consistently great food and great service! Brought our out of town guests in last weekend and the TOGOS staff set us up a super picnic for us to take with us to the beach. Friendly staff as always, never disappointed! Thank you!

Esteban and crew are great! I prefer this location over any of the other Togo’s franchise locations in Santa Cruz.

The sandwiches are great here I used to come in the mornings and my friend Benito I believe his name is makes some great sandwiches. But the other day I went in the afternoon and the employees were on phones and the sandwich did not just seem right maybe the manager isn’t doing training right or something but I wouldn’t really go back unless the usual man that does my sandwiches is there in the mornings. I give this place two stars just for the man that usually makes my sandwich and the food which is great.

I feel like TOGO’s is pretty much a step up from Subway. I remember loving it so much more when I was younger, but of course my taste buds have evolved since then. Their veggie options are great, they put on a little too much cheese, and the avocado is pretty much awful in my opinion. I experience this a LOT at all kinds of delis. They offer me avocado on my sandwich, I expect it to be good quality, and it tastes like it it came from a jar that was left out in the sun for three days. Come on, fresh avocado really is worth the investment. The employees at this TOGO’s are cool. I had a nice talk about finals with the guy making my sandwich.

Good sandwiches, as always, but even more impressive is the staff. Alex took our order and was so friendly and welcoming that we had to run back in and get his name for this review! Truely good customer service is a rarity and this kid’s got it down pat.

First Togos blows Subway out of the water for taste and being generous with the veggies. This 41st Ave. store is the best for friendly staff and efficient service.

Something major has changed at Togo’s. Not just this one, but I’m thinking the whole chain has had some major sandwich-making policy changes because it’s just not the same. First of all, they got rid of Dutch Crunch. What?! That was the best bread! When I asked about it, the woman behind the counter said«Well, we have sourdough.» I’m sorry, but that’s like me ordering a Cognac and them saying«We don’t have that, but we do have Bud Light.» Not even close to being the same. Second– I don’t like a lot of meat on my sandwiches. I typically will remove anywhere from 1⁄3 to ½ of the meat on my sandwich because I feel it’s too much. So, imagine my surprise when I felt there was hardly ANY meat on my chicken salad sandwich. I had several bites that were more or less just bread before opening the sandwich up and seeing that there was the teeniest amount of chicken salad there. I’m not sure what the thought is there– cost-savings, perhaps? Maybe trying to be competitive with Subway? They should know that they fill a totally different niche. If they keep cutting corners like this, they’ll lose the customers, like myself, who have gone there for years and years.

I love getting the daily specials for(3.99) for a 6 inch sandwich cut in half. I usually like the bread toasted with everything on it except mayo & pepperoncinis! Staff is super friendly and nice but my only complaint would be sometimes they close earlier than posted and that makes me sad. It’s not like 5 minutes before it’s usually 15 – 30 minutes before!
