Great food and atmosphere, not somewhere we eat all the time but when we do it’s always a good. Very kid friendly. Alli was our waitress and never left us hanging, by far one of the best we’ve had at any restaurant lately. Never leave this place hungry!!!

We wanted to try Chili’s in C’dale and found the experience excellent. The server was extremely courteous and polite and most importantly, patient. He answered our questions expertly and was very professional. Chain restaurants are not always the best at anything. This Chili’s is an exception. Service was super. Order was correct. Food served super quickly. Quality of food excellent! (We ordered the «two for twenty» chicken fajitas). Facility was very clean. Best chain restaurant in C’dale. Loved the electronics at the table. Slick way to tip and get your receipt. We’ll definitely return.

My favorite of the big box restaurants, near the Carbondale Mall. If you join their email club, they will mail you a coupon for a free dessert and/​or appetizer, good for M-​Th, every week. New lunch menu is appreciated.

Nothing else takes the place of quick food sizzling hot and spicy just before or after a Southern Illinois Saluki Game like the mouth watering 2 for $ 20 deal, great food, loads of fresh hot chips and salsa, good friends and memories.
Chili’s is the #1 place to be your glass is never empty and the plate is full.

I would rate this restaurant higher but the service blew it.
The ribeye was probably the best I have ever had period.
The slaw portion was dinky, and the loaded mashed potatoes are good!
The garlic bread also good.
I would go back, but probably to a different location.

these guys did a great job for a grand opening, there were some shortcoming on wait time, but the staff did there best to make things right with the customers. the food was great. what kept coming to mind was the staff took great effort to ensure everyone was being taken care and food was prepared as expected. i enjoyed my experience at the new chili’s in carbondale. they have my word of mouth vote… so, now just keep up the good job and continue treating customers as we were treated.
