My advise, AVOIDATALLCOSTS!!!» I have to say, I am thoroughly offended by how this company treated my wife. I am a watch collector and currently, my cheapest watch is over $ 4000.00. Because of that, I don’t wear any of my time pieces to work, for fear of damaging one of them. As an anniversary gift, my wife went to Jared The Galleria of Jewelry to find a nice watch that was affordable, so that I could wear one to work. They treated my wife well, which made her feel comfortable in spending $ 2200.00 on a watch that I could wear to work. I was so excited about my wife doing this for me, but was not happy about the price that she paid for the watch that was purchased. I did a quick check and found two other jewelers here on Long Island that sell the same watch for around $ 1400.00. I went to Jared The Galleria of Jewelry and waited for more than thirty minutes, before being able to talk with someone. I simply asked that they match the prices offered by the other two jewelers. I was given a song and dance reply about why they could not do it and that they do not match prices. So I asked for a refund and was also given the run around. the whole process took several hours and multiple visits. Purchased my fiancé ring back in January. The costumer service was excellent! I could not have asked for more. Recently, I brought back her ring to get clean and polished. They did a great job! Looks like new. Thank you Mike, Kim and Maria for all your help throughout the process! Awesome job!

Was told to come in on Saturday and can wait. Arrived they said ring had to be left could not wait. Understandable, it was busy. Made appointment for 7PM Monday. Went back Monday and was told they don’t do that on Mondays, the person that made the apt wasn’t aware. That is 2 trips now. Lets see what happens on round 3 Saturday. I don’t like to complain but all we needed was a simple phone call«hey don’t bother driving here, we don’t do that on Mondays, we need to train our people better to know what we do on what days.» If we got a phone call I wouldn’t have written this. 2 stars because her ring is nice.

I came here to purchase a ring that I saw online. First off, let me state that I am you get black man. I was dressed just like anyone else. In casual clothes nothing crazy. The security Hurd opened the door for me. But then I found it odd that he would come inside right behind me after greeting customers. But whatever. The red headed woman was helping a customer but took the time to ask me if I needed help. I told her yes. She told the tall grey haired gentleman that I needed help. He replied that he was on break. She reminded him that I was first. Afterwards 5 more people/couples came in and went to the waiting area. The tall grey haired man who had just been told that I was first, looked at me and walked right past me to go help the others. To top it off, the short bald headed man just looked at me and acted as though he couldn’t speak. I’ve never felt uncomfortable with being in a chain store until now. I am completely disappointed by the level of service by those two gentleman. The red headed woman acknowledged that the tall grey haired man skipped me. Finally I was helped by Mike. If not for the for the fact that this was a gift, I would have left !!!

My Fiancé and I went to the Jared location in Carle Place this past weekend. I had the pleasure of working with Raj and I must say his professionalism was great. I walked in and somewhat interrupted what he was working on, but he did not skip a beat. He was right there eager to help and answered all our questions. From what I can see the entire staff is great. I would highly recommend this Jared location for anyone within close proximity. I love great customer service because this commodity is rare these days. Thanks Raj for providing great service!!!

I came here to pick up a gift for a colleague. The staff here was superb! I received a business call in the middle of my transaction and the sales representative was great at taking care of the sale with little to no interruption. There wasn’t any high pressure sales tactic employed. This made for a great first experience.

This was my first time in a Jared. I came with one of my friends. We decided to check out in engagement rings bc within the next year we anticipate getting engaged. We decided to look without our men so we know what we like. We were greated by the sales associate Cheryl, she was very approachable when we entered, told her it was our first time here. She offered us a hot beverage or water bottle but we knew we were going to be browsing. Cheryl let us go on our browsing way and said if we need anything to let her know. She also gave us a brief 101 on Jared. That this is their 200th location, they have been around for 100 years. The store has an in house repairs, custom designing and so on… The store was very well lit and everything was sparkly! Girls are always drawn to sparkly things its our nature. As we proceeded the engagement rings were located near the back of the store. We started to gander closer and started thinking wow a lot of tough decisions. We knew there was a few rings we were interested in trying on and learning about. We were very easy to find Cheryl and have her answer questions. She came over and asked us what were we interested in. I was always interested in one day having a platinum ring and i heard they tend to weigh more. So she showed me where those are and asked what i would like to try on, so i did! While trying different rings on she really explained the 4 C’s and even had a paper that had diagrams on it. Jared had a very extensive collection to choose from. I learned a little more what i like/didnt like. I even took photos of some on my hand to see how things look. Before we left she gave us her card and her sale associate Michael’s card on the back i wrote down certain information down as to my ring size and certain info i liked about ring styles so when im ready to come back i can remember. This was my first experience trying on engagements rings i was super nervous but so glad i had my friend with me opposed to my bf. i felt less pressured and i can be honest about things and rationalize my thoughts. I also want to mention that my finger fit all the rings perfectly! This never happens shoe or clothing shopping so it felt is great to be demo size! I cant wait to bring the boy back or send him instead!
