We came here after having a horrible experience at another Men’s suit store. We were told they had just moved in that the place was still being straightened out. The guy that took care of us originally was awesome. Super helpful and personable. He couldn’t stop apologizing for the way the place looked and hic ups that we had along the way. We get the call that the tux is in and to come in at our convenience, this was Thursday evening. We arrive Saturday morning to pick it up and try everything on. We give the name, the guy walks to the back we follow. He cant find anything, he walks back up from makes us write the name down, then back we go to the back. Still nothing, he proceeds to shout up the woman in the front who is helping someone else since she is the one who made the phone call. In the midst of this he decides to just leave us and help someone else, not handle the situation of the missing tux. We had to walk back up to him and basically say what gives??? He says to us someone else is in the computer that we need to wait. The woman says to him, why don’t you look up front by the register. After a half an hour of going back and forth, what a concept, there is was. We bring it to the back to try on and he disappears once again. No assistance on trying things on, nothing. Not until the very end when we basically had to ask him. The vest was wrong, but at this rate we just wanted to get out of the store. We returned with no problems, but jezz that was some of the worst customer service and worst shopping experience in the world.

Went with my mother to buy a suit. The place is tucked in the commercial district of Carle Place. First thing upon walking in– greeted and helped once we walked through the doors. The man who helped us was extraordinarily useful and intelligent. He knew everything about each jacket and designer down to the thread. Turn off of the place– the establishment is no more than a long, plain room with jackets just covering every wall. The changing rooms were shabby, but hey. What more do you need than a chair in a 3×4 room. The checkout was a little confusing due to all the sales and promotions that had to be accounted for, but it turned out. Overall an enjoyable experience(as crazy as that sounds for suit shopping) and it’s owed mostly to the customer service.
