Art Attacks Ink

I went here while at the Orange County Fair to buy an airbrushed hat. They said it would take an hour. I came back nearly 2 hours later to pick up my hat and they said the airbrush stopped working in the middle of making my design. Then they told me it would be done in another hour. I saw that they were working on other people’s hats and not doing mine. I told them I’d waited 2 hours and the girl told me she doubted that. The artist turned to me and told me to either wait or get a refund. What!!! The other customers came up to me and said how horrible I had been treated and agreed that the company was really bad with customer service. The person was working on other people’s items when she should have done mine as soon as the airbrush got fixed!!! They have awful customer service and bad attitudes.
