BAIT AND SWITCH. They get you in and then start raising your rate. Not what I want in any business. Get a nice teaser intro which comes off in a few months. Then you think your good and locked in but no. Here they go. RAISE YOUR RENT.

So far, I have had the contents of my 1 BR apartment in storage for 2 months. So far, so good! AMEX isn’t accepted here as payment, though. That’d be my only complaint.

I had a storage unit here for about a year, and had the best customer service and best experience possible. The prices are the same as all of the other storage companies, and I picked this place based on location and mild climate. In my unit, I did have a couple of problems, but the facility rectified the problems the same day or within one day. I had a wasp nest inside my unit, and they got rid of it without killing the wasps. I lost of key to the lock on my unit, and they verified my ID and cut open the lock (for a nominal fee). There are cameras and excellent security measures in place, and I felt like my unit was in good hands.
