BESTCINNABONEVER. The food is good, the drink is amazing, the people there work really hard and is always on top of their stuff. The young lady(Yvonne M. or something like that) provided flawless and perfect service. She even accounted for my health and put the frosting on the side. This is definitely the BEST cinnabon ever. 10⁄10 for food and 20⁄10 for service.

If you want a delicious cinnamon roll this is NOT the place for you. I’m utterly disappointed with the poor quality. The dough is chewy and rather small while the glaze was topped sparingly. These are not the same cinnamon rolls I remember tasting when I was a kid. Sure, they still smell delicious but the sticky goo– not worth the calories! I didn’t finish eating mine. I feel you’re better off buying the grocery store pop canisters that you can bake at home. The best cinnamon rolls can be found at the Del Mar Fair… Save your calorie splurge for then!

Located by JC Penneys, there is always the smell of freshly baked cinnamon rolls. I never thought this place served coffee, since the only things I remember seeing were the blended things on the menu. This was a big reason I never went to this place. I was hungry so I stopped by to get a roll. I found coffee on the menu, got one to go with the caramel pecan bun, which was«just made.» They don’t actually make you a new one, just take the regular cinnabun and pour caramel and pecans on the top of it. The coffee wasn’t strong at all, I shouldn’t have put any sugar in it. The cinnabun had 70+ grams of sugar in it already. It tasted pretty good, but as you would expect, really sweet. It’s ok to get this like once a month, unless you want to fast track your way to diabetes. My food tracker app tells me this one roll(the regular sized caramel pecan one) has about 1000 calories, so beware if you’re dieting. They have a few seats inside the shop, but there is a couple benches outside of JC Penneys and some couches by the elevator.

Delicious! We haven’t had a Cinnabon since they all closed down back home. Friendly staff. Delicious goodness. Clean.

This is the first time I have ever been to cinnabon and I am a big fan! It was so good and warm and I felt the employee was very nice. I will be coming back for sure.

My husband brought a box of 4 home today and it was stale and hard as rocks. Haven’t had cinnabon in a while so he thought it would be a treat. He said the clerk said it was made today. Not sure what happened. I’ve had cinnabons from many, many places. Nothing like this, ever.

Nothing bad to say about this place, well, OK there is. I dislike their uneven tables! I had hot coffee on the table and nearly spilled it. Very dangerous! I do love the rolls with extra frosting! One of the employees has always had good customer service, always thanks the customers for coming in. I always look forward to coming back for another yummy treat!

Not the best location but it is worth walking through the mall for. I wish they had a roll with raisins but the pecan one is always awesome.

Crappy customer service. The two guys there today at around 1pm were crappy clerks. So slow to react and there was a long line, they just took their sweet time serving us. And the rolls tasted like they were two days old. Two small rolls, tasting like 2 days old = NOT worth $ 6 Safe to say, I won’t be going back.

Best cinnamon roll i’ve ever had… Must try the classic for $ 3.67! This is large enough to feed 2 – 3 people. Also tried the strawberry Chillada and it was actually good, not too sweet but kinda pricey at $ 3.99 for a small.

I can remember coming to this cinnabon ever since I could first identify what the letter«A» is in the alphabet. It’s based in a terrible mall with the usual suspects you would find at your old high school.
