Elle has been my trainer for over six years. She is the most kind and caring person there is. Besides being so caring, she really knows her workouts and overall fitness. Each training session is different and just challenging enough that you want more. It is so nice to train with someone who can come up with so many differnt variations so it never gets old or boring. We train outside which I also love – plenty of fresh air! I train with her twice a week and when I have to miss a session it really bums me out! I think I’m addicted to her in a good way. If I didn’t have Elle I would have to go back to the boring old gym and I would not be happy!

When I started with Elle back in March it was a point where I felt that if I didn’t get serious about my health now, I was going to get slower, stiffer, and thicker as the years went on. So, for my birthday my wife purchased a 4 week session package from Elle and we were off. First meeting was a real eye opener in terms of where my current fitness and wellness level was. What is amazing is how the sessions are custom tailored to fit the individual client needs. In that first month I saw significant results in all areas from weight loss to flexibility to cardiovascular stamina. So, Im hooked at this point. I purchased another months worth of sessions, but ramped up the number of days per week. As the month goes on I feel SOOO much better, more grounded and had even lost a couple of lbs. But the scale didn’t matter as much as how my clothes were fitting. Hello lost wardrobe of stuff that had become too tight. Accountability = Results Month 3 and I go to 5 days /week. This is getting great, did I mention that Elle is a certified Nutritionist? There is a great conversation ongoing about diet ideas, modifications, and commitments. Month 4, 5 days a week and my goodness how I feel great. The workout is different each day, incorporating core training, cardio, stretching, yoga, pilates, and strength training. Did I mention that you never step foot into a gym? Elle custom creates your plan and brings it to you. Month 5 and Im down 4 inches on my waist form the start. I feel amazing. Month 6 now and I feel the best is yet to come. The biggest asset you have in your life is your health. I cannot recommend Elle highly enough. I would only suggest you contact her sooner than later as she if very focused on each of her clients and will fill up quickly.

At 290 pounds the last thing I wanted to do is join a boot camp. My wife suggested I support her so I did. We went to Elle’s boot camp and good things started to happen. I was suffering from diabetes, back pain and knee pain. Elle tailored a workout for me so I would not make things worse. I lost 60 pounds in a year. I went from 6 medications to 4. I stopped having back pain. My diabetes is manageable now. Elle is best at tailoring workouts for each individual. She previously had cancer and fought it for four months. She missed 3 boot camp workouts and everyone in her class marveled at her stamina while taking her therapy. Elle never let her boot camp folks know she was in pain. Elle is the perfect instructor and has a level for every boot camp participant. She will help with injury rehab and diet needs. She will challenge you without you feeling inadequate. Elle cares about every client and considers them friends. I have never had a Trainer take interest like Elle. She will make a difference in your life. My wife and I needed the workouts with Elle so much we took her to Hawaii with us so we would not miss our workouts. She keeps the workouts so different you never get tired of them. They are made fun. This is my sixth year working out with Elle. I have now run 3, 5K runs and still look forward to my next. I never would have thought I would still be working out this long three nights a week. I have even added mountain biking 2 days a week. Thanks for helping get my life back Elle.
