I brought my authentic Louis Vuitton bag in to sell and its in very good condition (I used it twice). I worked with Bret and he price checked on eBay… which is not a very good method to use in order to price check something like a Louis Vuitton. He low balled me and was very condescending after I declined, there was also another female worker there with him and she was very rude and snobby. We were looking for the great customer service that gems n loans is reputable for, but these two at this shop didn’t display it. Complete disservice to themselves and the company.

We highly recommend Gems N’ Treasures. I wanted my engagement ring made from pre-owned diamond and gold to minimize environmental impact and human-rights abuses. Debbie and Sam graciously helped us find the perfect size diamond, and Frank expertly designed and made my ideal ring — all within our limited budget. They also have an excellent selection of unique men’s wedding bands at great prices. We bought all three of our rings here and are extremely satified with them. The Gems N’ Treasures team is very friendly, patient, and efficient, and the store is elegant. They far exceeded our expectations. Five stars!

I really enjoy doing business here. From the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve been in there 3 – 4 times now. Bret is great and I will be coming back again to size more rings. Definitely worth checking out!

This store is beautiful! I found the staff, especially Brett, to be very professional and knowledgeable. The bad review on ¹¹⁄₂₀₁₃ was probably trying to sell a knock off. I took a Louis Vuitton that I purchased from EBay last year in there and Brett was kind enough to show m e how to tell a fake from authentic. I unfortunately had spent a lot of money on a very good fake. I will be buying my used designer handbags from this store from now on because they stand behind their sales. Was too late to get my money back on my eBay purchase. This store ROCKS!!!

Frank is amazing! He made my engagement ring which my fiancé had designed and did such a wonderful job. It was way beyond anything I expected! I would highly recommend this place. I am having them make our wedding bands as well.

Don’t ever come to this place to sell your designer goods with them. Bret will search the lowest price on ebay then pay you half of that price. Don’t waste your time here, go to San Diego luxury goods consignment store for selling your handbags and other designer goods. You will feel so much sorry to come here to sell your designer goods here. At least, you might just sell it on ebay if you need cash.
