Came in towards the end the night just before closing. I was helped by Wesley. He went above and beyond answered all my questions and even answered a few that I didn’t even think to ask and made sure I left satisfied.

Came in and got an upgrade on my phone a few months back. Meaghan at the time said I could call or come in if I ever needed help or had any questions. The other day I was having some problems with my phone and decided I would see how good the customer service was here. I came in and Meaghan was there to greet me. Not only did she greet me with a smile she remembered who I was. After a few minutes of helping me figure out the problem she resolved the issue and my phone was like new again. I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from this branch, but Meaghan has gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. She is going to be a reason I continue to come back and get upgrades.

I came in on a Saturday just to look at some of the new phones and ended up walking away with a new Note 5. Isaac helped me by answering all of my questions and being very patient while I browsed through all of the phones. I’m glad this store opened up close to where I live, I will definitely be going to this location from now on.

I have never had a better experience in any Verizon (or other carrier) store. Service was immediate, and the person helping me (Jonathan Miguel) was the best representative I have ever had. Not only did he know the answers to all my questions, but he caught an error on my bill that will save me $ 50 per month. He was able to call in and get it changed and fixed right over the phone, and he showed me on the computer exactly what he fixed. It is, indeed, corrected and visible to me now that I am home and signed in to my account. I cannot recommend this location strongly enough. It helps that they are new and not many people know they are here yet. You won’t be sorry you visited this location, even if you live further away and need to drive an extra distance. Well worth it.

I am disappointed with the service I received yesterday. Will not return to this store or any other Verizon. EVER. Bought a new iPhone 6s and Isaac told me all and photos and data would transfer. They did not and I lost 6 months of photos which cannot be replaced. He also sold me insurance which I did not want. Nice guy, but don’t trust them.

Adam helped me with getting my new iphone 6 and he was great! I am so lame when it comes to technology and Adam was very patient and answered all my questions. He was so helpful and professional. The other employees there at the time were also very helpful and nice. It was a great experience and I really appreciated that! Sometimes getting a new phone or even dealing with phone stuff can be a nightmare. But they were great. Thanks Adam!!!
