Well I went to check them out today the new kids on the block. totally bummed that it’s not licensed to serve tastings. They do however do growler fills and sell growlers. they will fill anyone else’s growler. but I won’t buy one unless I can taste them. ohh well I hope they get approved. He said local places carry it like mikes bbq. But if your in the complex may as well stop by and say hi to my buddy Ryan over at Arcana brewing for some good

Right by my work, and this place shows up in a Unilocal email, I have to check it out. They fill any growler, i have random growlers, I’m going.
I go, take a self guided tour while Rene is on the phone with an old bud in New York. This is maybe more of a nano-​brewery, they also sell supplies and hops/​malts/​yeast. I am not sure what the emphasis is.
I talked with the brewer a bit, mentioned I’m not much of a Saison lover. He gave me several tastes, I mentioned I liked one. Guess what, yep, Saison.
The tasters were all very flavorful and to me, complex.
Bottom line, the growler didn’t last the night on a Thursday.
Will I go back, yes.
No city permit, only beer to go. That was fun, yes, beer to go.

They are not currently doing beer tastings but you can get growlers filled. Will return when I am able to taste their beers. The owner said you can find their beer at a few local restaurants including Harneys.

This place has fantastic beer. Finally, a small brewery that actually takes pride in what they make. Quality all the way. Great Sours!!! I really enjoy the vanilla ale, also. No public consumption on site. So bring your own growler. He will fill up whatever growler you bring.

El Vanillo is a really good smooth beer. Like the ambiance of the place. Raul the owner is very nice and welcoming. I enjoy this scene, like the people.

Excellent beers! Very pleased with this brewery. Great range of different quality beers. Saison, IPA, Imperial Stout and a couple of sours of which all were good. Go check them out!
