We walked in and were amazed at the number and variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars that they offer. The proprietors we’re extremely knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions for pairing oils with vinegars. They have a very nice shop and we had an enjoyable time tasting the varieties and their suggestions.

This place will change the way you cook and eat. Very cool. The Owner is exceptional as are his olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Throw out whatever you are currently using and treat yourself.

Awesome place that is not pretentious about their olive oils. We tried a lot. The sales person was super helpful. I like it. They also have balsamic vinegar and white vinegar to taste.

Not only are the oils and the vinegars spectacular, they are just so nice when you come into this place. You can sample as many oils and vinegars as you’d like, and they are happy to give suggestions for pairings and recipes.
I recently went in to get a set of oils as a Christmas gift, and they made it so easy. I picked out 6 small bottles, and they took care of the packaging and shipping for me (and only charged an extra $ 12 for that service, by the way). It was the easiest Christmas present I’ve ever gotten, and I know it will be a favorite gift!
We are so lucky to have a little shop like this in the village!

The staff here is very helpful. I’m not that well versed in the world of olive oils. The gentleman suggested Pendolino for my first try. He said it was light enough to try in various types of cooking. I purchased a small bottle. It really made a difference in my cooking. I’ll be back to buy the big bottle.

I love this little local shop. Nice selection of olive oils and vinegars. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious. My favorites were the Garlic Olive Oil and the 18 Year Old Balsamic! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Very cute family owned place. We will be back!

I had a wonderful experience at Humble Olive Oils today! Cruised down to Carlsbad with my boyfriend for the first time and stumbled upon this place. At first, I walked into Humble just to check it out. An olive oil shop, what??? Not only are the Olive Oils delicious, clean and unique but the customer service here was immaculate. I just had to buy. Often, I go into these smaller stores and boutiques and get blown off. Zach was knowledgeable, friendly and treated us with kindness. I bought myself and my boyfriend the Garlic oil for roasting veggies and adding kick! I highly recommend this place for a fun and different shopping experience!

Visited this place today and absolutely loved it! They have fresh pieces of bread so that you can dip them in the oils and vinegars and see what they taste like. Very good quality products and strong tastes. The couple who own it are very pleasant and enthusiastic. I hope they have great success with the business. I was super pleased with the products and look forward to using them when I get home to Las Vegas!

Zack and his obvious enthusiasm for olive oil is a great addition to the village area of Carlsbad. The combination of the tuscan infused olive oil and the 18 year old balsalmic is magic!

I love this place! They have so many high quality and gourmet oils and vinagars to choose from at great prices. I brought home a bottle of butter infused olive oil, which I can’t wait to try on popcorn, as suggested by Zac the owner. I am so happy they have opened right here in Carlsbad!
