If I could give a no star review, I would. My experience never even made it into the store. I called to set up an appointment for a cut and ombré color and the girl that answered the phone was super sweet. She asked the stylist if she had room in her schedule for what I wanted and I overheard when she replied, «Oh no, I hate doing ombres.» I hung up the phone before the girl could even get back to me. Professionalism is a lost art apparently. I feel so sorry for the girl working with that stylist.

They didnt chop all my hair off in a weird location of my head like i have had happen to me on multiple occasions so I will return. My last cut I didnt really get what I wanted but most people totally hack my hair so this was completely better than coming home and bawling my eyes out.

My wife loves the stylist here because there really good at what they do. We come before all our important events. The prices are reasonable and the in salon products is a great touch.

Got my hair colored by Ashlee and it was the best color job ever! She also cut it exactly as I wanted and I get so many compliments! Thanks Ashlee I will be back!
