Great concept and delicious! Price is perfect for a slice, salad and drink! Concept: Pizza is pre-made so you just pick a slice or two and they will happily add topping then they pop it in the oven. You pay then they bring you your food. My dad and I stopped by for a caesar salad and slice over the weekend. It wasn’t too crowded and we were served promptly. I got the chef special which was a slice with tomato, basil and garlic! It was so fresh and I loved the extremely thin crust they have. My dad had the artichoke and thought it was tasty. We then shared the white pizza which was a little boring after our first slices. Caesar dressing is GREAT and the lemon wedge adds a perfect touch of tangy and freshness! Will definitely be back when we are in the area!

This is one of the greatest pizzas I have ever had and that is saying a lot because I usually make homemade pizza

Wondered into this place. Advertised price was different than charged, however, the cashier honored the advertised price, which was kind. The pepperoni knots were whatever but the pizza was super good and the cashier recommended a really good cider called the Julian hard cider. 4⁄5 would eat again.

OK… my girl and I are visiting Carlsbad for the weekend and decided to order pizza. We took a chance on Knockout Pizza. Well I think we made a fabulous choice. Very very close to NY pizza. omg and the pizza is HUGE! We had half cheese and pepperoni and half pesto with basil and garlic. The pizza was delicious but I really enjoyed the pesto! We paid less than $ 20. Next time will just buy a slice because neither one of us ate more than one slice. Yes! We are full. We will definitely eat there again. Oh and the people there were very friendly and the pizza was delivered to our hotel rater quickly.

Been here a few times and it’s ok, but not great. The pizza is reheated which kinda sucks and it takes away a lot of the flavor. I know it’s a pizza by the slice place and you can’t make everything to order but they’ve gotta find a better way to preserve the flavor and keep the crust from getting soggy and the ingredients from getting dried out. Decent place if you’re craving pizza and in the area.

Have been here many times and the food has always been terrific. Today we stopped in on our way out of town. We all had slices, the garlic knots, and ordered a salad. The pizza is delicious and the crust is perfectly cooked. It’s just a reliable choice. The girl that took our order today was so friendly and helped make our lunch even better.

We tried this place out when we were in Carlsbad and the pizza was great! We also had the garlic bread knots which were really good too. I didn’t give it 5 stars because both the pizza and the bread were really oily and greasy

This is the best pizza in Carlsbad the surrounding area so far for me. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. This pizza taste as good as it looks. Hells yea. Never disappointed with the pizza here. Well worth the trip. It’s nothing fancy inside, no white table clothes, just great food and service with a smile.

Yes! Best pizza on the block! I need to start checking in more! They are fast, fun and tasty! I love love love their Buffalo Chicken Pizza! It’s a perfect blend of chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheeses. However the pizza I always get here is the Whitestone! That is perfection! Ricotta, Mozzarella, & Parmesan, sprinkled with fresh garlic & basil. Mmmm the Crust makes it! It’s thin with a slight crunch, but not too crunchy. Fave part is I can enjoy 2 slices & a drink for I think $ 6!

They had gluten free pizza and that’s all that matters to me when I’m heading to a new city and need something to eat! The pizza was pretty good too. The place was very reminiscent of places I’ve frequented in Santa Cruz; that beachy, dirty pizza feel– I loved it.

Similar to east coast, but not as good in my opinion. Salad came after meal, took it to go. Cakzone was too greasy. I like the thin pizzas, l and saw the reviews for this place and we gave it a shot, in the end not for us. Staff was very nice,

We were chilling in Carlsbad and my boys wanted pizza. We happened upon Knockout. You order at the counter, find a seat, and they bring your food to you. They have a slice & drink deal which was pretty good. Our total for two slices and three drinks was $ 10. They also have salads and calzones. The inside was really warm so we were lucky to get a table outside and it was PERFECT. It allowed for some great people watching and the breeze was nice. My boys thought the pizza was delicious. We will return for sure.

First time actually eating here. I’ve always had it at home. It’s very warm inside. But the pizza is good and so is the service.

I’m from the east coast and everytime I come to San Diego everybody tells me to eat at Pizza Port. But the truth is Knockout pizza is far and away a better choice. Pizza in California is more of a thick crust Chicago inspired pizza. Knockout delivers a truly east coast style thin crust. Priced reasonably and perfect location. I also had buffalo chic Ceasars salad that was killer. Highly recommended for a quick slice of pie.

The best description for this pizza would be «cardboard crust». Our last night in Carlsbad my boyfriend and I wanted some pizza and a by-the-slice place suits us best because we can never agree on the pizza. We ordered the garlic knots and three slices of pizza and two drinks totaling $ 14. We were excited about how cheap the food was, but realized that we got exactly what we paid for… cheaply made pizza. Next time I would rather purchase a frozen pizza than eat here. The garlic knots tastes wrong and the pizza was terrible, similar quality of a leftover pizza from the night before you left in the oven for too long. If you want cheap, and cardboard crust, this is the place to go!

Came in for a few lunch slices but ended up getting a whole Bronx Pie. Very good pizza, friendly staff, and casual atmosphere. When I come back to Carlsbad I will definitely revisit to try some of the other red and white pies.

Great pizza. And they even have gluten free(which my coworkers enjoyed). The white was delicious and the others as well. Had a blast with our group. The service is friendly and relaxed. Although, the restrooms need some grooming — my coworker hit her head on the shelf in the women’s restroom and also the water is too damn hot and needs fixed ASAP!

First and foremost I love pizza joints that sell by the slice, thank you! And secondly, park in the back! This place brings it to the table with their pizza skills. Large slices, not slathered in grease, basic crust, and great flavor(even just the cheese was downright good). You get just enough crust to sauce to topping goodness that pairs well with a beer, on a beautiful warm Carlsbad day. Totally drooled on myself over the pizza with fresh garlic and it pains me to not remember the name. But garlic is always a yum! It’s not a huge establishment but definitely worth perusing; seating both inside, out front, and out back. Definitely, check out all the boxing memorabilia and artwork on the walls, some really awesome stuff.

First timed this pizza spot recently and thought it was, for lack of better words, pretty chill(in terms of ambiance and staff). Not the biggest restaurant but it’s very open and there’s actually a good amount of seating inside and out front. Very nice view of the street and other quaint downtown storefronts. Definitely get the vibe of a laid back beachside pizza joint :) Speaking of pizza, it was plenty yummy(none of that greasy, need to napkin it down a few times nonsense) and slices came giant! No need for 5 pieces to get your fix, 1 or 2 will satisfy! I suggest parking behind back, not confusing this place for it’s neighbor Knockout Burger, and trying a beer :)

Cute tiny pizza place with good NY style pizza! I got the white pizza, it was amazing. The crust was tasty and I like that they don’t use too much sauce. I also got a side salad, which was standard. One pizza slice would not have filled me up, so I was glad I had the salad. They have a good amount of seating, indoor and outdoor. I like all the boxing theme décor and the location is in a nice area to stroll around and go window shopping or grab a beer. Only downside I really have is their weird system of keeping track of orders. Pretty much they don’t have one lol. So even though the guy working was really friendly and charming, I still can’t help but complain that I had to remind him what I ordered after I waited a ridiculous amount of time for my order! I’m carb deprived and hungry, don’t stand between me and my pizza when I finally decide to treat myself to some!
