Listen up EVERYBODY! this guy, while «ACTING» to be extremely friendly with An EXTREME AMOUNT OF TIME TO GIVE YOU (hell, any attorney worth their salt does not have that kind of time to give up-​period, is merely waltzing himself, and you, through the system in his effort to settle your case. that is right, a real «SLICK WILLY».
the long and short of it is that he settles out most all cases (bet it is 99.99 999%). According to his Statment, «I AM NOT A GOOD TRIAL ATTORNEY». And when you have medically verifiable damages, KAKADELAS «PRACTICING LAW FOR OVER 30 YEARS», can not get a FAIR SETTLEMENT Negotiated for his clients. HIS WEAKNESS is the fact that he wants to SETTLE, SETTLE AND SETTLE SOME MORE but, HE CAN NOT NEGOTIATE FAVORABLE SETTLEMENTS BECAUSE THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY KNOWS THAT HE IS AN ATTORNEY THAT WILL SETTLE (HE HAS NO TOOLS IN HIS BAG TO SCARE THE INDUSTRY BECAUSE THEY ALREADY KNOW HE WILL NOT TAKE IT TO COURT) — YOUR CASE WILL NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF A COURT ROOM! The importance in these facts is that he has no SLEDGE HAMMER to instill FEAR INTO THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY (They know his hand). So whether it be a «Strong Case (serious medically verifiable injuries) or a «Fender Bender» resulting in «SOFT TISSUE DAMAGE/​S, KAKADELAS has NO WEIGHT– THAT IS RIGHT, HE IS A LIGHT WEIGHT.
He does well for himself, some 500k annual income from settling of the back of his clients– those folks whom are DAMAGED FOR LIFE: loss of health, jobs, income, social life ect…
Yet, KAKADELAS, from his own mouth «runs a lean mean machine without need of a Paralegal, Secretary ect… KAKADELAS IS A 1 MAN DOG AND PONY SHOW!
Words of wisdom, go to google and enter key words «super attorney» for the area you reside ie… los angeles, san diego ect… search out the type of attorney for your specific need. this does not guarantee anything but it does put the odds slightly more in your favor– remember, you are dealing with attorneys. and, they are, for the most part, lazy, sneaky, lying pieces of shit– LIKE KAKADELAS! Prior to retaining any attorney, ask all common sense questions you can such as but not limited to: How long have you been «Practicing», when is the last time you TRIED A CASE IN COURT, are you a TRIAL ATTORNEY (you need a damn good trial attorney if you have serious losses and expect to go to court), how many court cases have you tried, what is your win and loss record (court cases), can I contact past clients, are you willing for the monies (settlement/​court case) to be handled by an ESCROW AGENCY (THIS IS A BIG ONE BECAUSE THE ATTORNEY ENDS UP WITH THE CHECK And, YOU MAY NOT SEE 1 PENNY– what will you do then??? Attorneys will not like your demand of an ESCROW AGENCY HANDLING YOUR MONIES BUT IF YOU CAVE INTO THE ATTORNEY, YOU MAY END UP WITH NOTHING! AND 1 final thought is to RETAIN an attorney that is around 35 years old. Why, because they are eager, hungry and have a long way to go before establishing their practice and make moves towards retirement. I have learned the attorney that are 50 plus, in age, are LAZIER than their younger eager counterparts. Attorneys need to put their ego aside because YOU ARE BRINGING THEM THE WORK– NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!
Do not be afraid to ask the hard questions AND, do not let them talk you into paying any of the cost until the case goes to trial or settled. If at any point they start asking for money, they are not going to court and, they may not even settle the case out because they feel they do not have enough to go on so, tell them to go to hell. That is the time to get a 2^nd opinion.
