Logan’s Run Construction is one of a kind! Dylan (the owner) and his crew just finished construction on our pharmacy and I couldn’t be more pleased. The attention to detail was spot on. At the end of each day the crew left the construction area very clean… a major plus considering we were still in operation during the construction. Dylan was on the job multiple times during the day and was very easy to get a hold of whenever I had questions throughout the construction. We will definitely call on Dylan and Logan’s run again for our future improvements.

Dylan at Logan’s Run was wonderful to work with! We removed an old, small breakfast 2 seat island and he helped me create the plans for a gorgeous piece of «furniture» to put in its place. He gave me great guidance from my vision, ideas and has amazing subcontractors who all did phenomenal jobs on their specific duties within the project. Every step of the way, we trusted Logan’s Run, the contractors working within our home and we highly recommend them, confirmed by our happines with our end result. We now have a fixed table island with awesome cabinetry storage, the most insanely detailed granite countertops that I’ve ever seen, (which I still stare at often) and wonderful pendant lights that pull the whole look together. Now to start saving $ again to work on another house project with Logan’s Run! Thanks for the care, quality, excellent communication skills and talent!

Integrity, trust and good work is what we all look for in a contractor. Sadly, we thought that would be difficult to find until we found Logan’s Run and Dylan. He has helped us transform a house into our home and he has done it with making sure that all of his work and the work of his very capable subs met our expectations and more.
He found mistakes and rather than covering them up, he incurred the expense to meet his standards and to make it right. We highly recommend this firm for any homeowner who wants to take on projects to enhance the value of their home in a cost effective way with no surprises.

We recently had Logan’s Run Construction replace all the carpet in the house with wood floors and put in a french door. We absolutely love the floors they are so much easier to care for than the carpet and the light that pours in through the french door has transformed the whole house. Both were put in record time and Dylan and his team were very professional going above and beyond our expectations. They were meticulous about cleaning the work area, happy to work around our schedule and conscientious about keeping gates and doors closed too keep our pets from «escaping».
The best thing about working with Logan’s Run Construction is Dylan himself. He was so kind and knowledgeable, he really took the time to hear what we wanted and offered great ideas on how to make our ideas come to life within our budget. I can’t wait to do my next reno project with Dylan and his team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Logan’s Run Construction to all my friend and family.
