Our family has been eating here since they opened. We have had great food(Pasta Fresca, Mac & Cheese, and Spaghetti & meatballs). Always great! Also, I have asked for donations for our local school(Encinitas location) and a local sport club(La Costa) and they were happy to donate. I love to see organizations supporting our community. I know they get asked a lot, but they don’t have to give away food for 20, any small item or gift card is so appreciated. Thanks Noodles for offering great food and supporting our kids and community.

We went to this location for dinner(take-out) on a Friday night. The place was pretty empty, yet those up front still were too distracted to notice us waiting to order. We ordered the Mac ‘n Cheese and some bread. By the time we got home(less than 10 minutes), we found the pasta was already cold and the bread was burnt. We get great coupons for this place but I’m not sure we’ll be going back.

I had the Indonesian peanut noodles and they were super bomb. Alongside an order of potstickers with this yummy spicy soy sauce. I don’t know why most people don’t come here but I thought it was yummy and the people working were nice. Think of a creamy pad Thai. Seriously delicious. Get it with shrimp or chicken, it’s to die for.

I’ve been her 3 times in the last 2 months. The penne rosa was delicious. My boyfriends beef stroganoff was creamy and yummy. I had the pad Thai last time and it was just weird. Something told me not to go Asian here and I didn’t listen to my gut. It was too sweet. The egg was rubbery. The potsticker are tasty, but I’m not too sure they are preparing them correctly. They were flattened and not crispy. They were kind of mushy. The staff is friendly. The location is clean. I’ll be back, but not for their Asian cuisine.

Great food and awesome service I accidentally ordered the wrong bowl and when I opened it and saw they offered to make me a new one without any hesitation. This was all right before closing. Can’t say enough about the great customer service here!

Fresh food, made to order, and almost everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious(the flatbread was the exception). In particular, I’m a super fan of the Thai hot pot which comes in a huge bowl and is just a knockout dish. The Thai curry soup is wickedly good, too. The«buff» bowls(substituting spinach leaves for noodles) is a nice, healthy and low-cal alternative and you don’t lose out on flavor, either. Every kid that comes here gets the mac and cheese or buttered noodles. I’ve sampled both and both are good. Great promotions if you sign up for their e-club, like a free entrée for your birthday and lots of 2 for 1 deals. Also, the«small» entrée size is plenty big enough for an adult meal. The tables could use more frequent cleaning but otherwise, no complaints. I don’t get the negative reviews(most of which focus on trite issues and which were written by infrequent Unilocalers). Most everyone I know likes this place.

If I fed these to possums who eat our trash or even snake venom, they would immediately reject the food from this place. It is that bad. We ordered Pad Thai & Japanese Pan Noodles, and they both tasted the same with one having broccoli. Yes, they are both Asian styled dishes, but they are also two different types of Asian food. Thai is not Japanese and vice versa. Get it right. The dishes were not only bland, but semi-warm and not fresh, as if it were barely cooked, and the noodles were overly chewy, as if I were eating plastic. Even though the staff was as kind, I would suggest to Noodles & Co. to try their own types of food elsewhere to see what it’s really like and step their food up a notch. Until I hear great news of, I’ll never be coming back here again.

My family came for lunch on Sunday. The staff was very unfriendly taking our order. They brought the food to our table bagged in take out boxes, although we were sitting at a booth planning to dine in. They refused to bring us plates when we asked for them because it would be ‘wasteful.’ When my 4 year old was finished eating, he began stacking the wooden block table tents for fun. Mind you, these were not fragile or breakable by any means. A staff member, Mila, began giving him dirty looks then approached our table telling my husband and I to control our child. There was only one other diner in the restaurant, and my child was not being loud. He was simply playing with wooden blocks to occupy himself while the rest of us finished eating. She then approached my son and angrily told him that the blocks were not toys. Mila was very rude to our family. We packed up the rest of our lunch and left. Although we love Noodles food, we will never be returning to this location.

The food here is pretty good. As you can guess by the name, they have a lot of noodle dishes and you can add meat to any one of them. They also have a few soups and salads to choose from. I have gone here 4 or 5 times and most of the time they are on point with the sauces but the last time I was there it felt like the sauce was a little over bearing. The food is cooked well and their salad was great. The only thing keeping this review from a 4 star review is that the outside of the building air doesn’t smell that great. I don’t know if it’s the new construction around then but it was so bad that it deterred me from getting their food once. All in all, for the food and staff it would be 4 stars but because of the smell it has to be knocked down to 3.

We have loved eating at their San Marcos location but this one was extremely dirty with no one to clear the tables the entire time we were there and the staff seemed unprepared. The food, generally, has changed for the worst at all locations. Maybe there has been a sale or change over of management or franchising?

Nice staff, disappointing food. I went with four Asian dishes and they all missed the mark. The noodles were all stuck together on every dish and they all tasted bland. I feel like I wasted $ 34.

New one in La Coata. Great friendly staff and the food came out fresh and delicious. Happy to have a neighborhood Noodles and Co that’s fresh and good!!!

We went here because we were visiting my sister and I am always looking for a place with good noodles. This place seamed alittle to fast foodie for me but the place was clean and the food was ok. It’s alittle pricey but not bad.
