Lots of cool stuff, but terrible customer service. Only one clerk in the front of the store, and she was unfriendly and not at all helpful. Asked about a shoe that I wanted, she just said«shoes are over there» and pointed while she kept folding a shirt. I won’t be going back. The website is better anyway.

Who doesn’t like a 40%-%70 percent discount? I for sure do! The have a wide selection of active or casual gear. M3 power and Ferrari items go quick with sizes! The other day I cam in and I got a pair of shoes that were originally $ 46.00 marked down to $ 13.00 bucks! Now that’s a steal! Customer service is good they always acknowledge you and help with finding you sizes. Just wish the selection wasn’t so skim when it comes to sizes!

I work at this PUMA store and I agree with a lot of the previous reviews. Out selections are small and sometimes bare but thats because we are an outlet store. I cant wait for the new store to open down the way where the old Hanes store was. Hope all you guys come by and end up liking us a lot better!!!

Crowded, selection is bare bones, and prices are about average compared to any mall store, save for a few good deals here and there. Service was not great.

Great selection of great active wear! The shoe selection seemed a bit small though. But they definitely had quality items in their active wear selection. Plus on the day I went, things were 50%-60% off, making for some great deals. I’d say Puma stuff is usually overpriced, but this sort of sale makes it totally worth it. Just as a note though, double check to make sure you get the right discounts. We only got 50% off on something marked at 60% off, and had to have them adjust it, which they did in a very kindly with many apologies.

Unbelievable! I purchased three pairs of tennis shoes during their holiday sale for a total of just over $ 60! It’s true. It pays to be a regular at this store. Although their selection isn’t the greatest — partially due to the current style and the styles available — but I always find one pair that I like. The staff is helpful yet not overly doting and they have a handful of styles that always are available in the hard-to-find Mens 14. I often receive special coupons for date specified future visits and ITISWORTHIT to make it back. I got 3 pairs for less than the price of one! A FOREVERFAN!

Extra discount with AAA card that is stackable. Staff is helpful. Selection used to be better here as well, but not as great as before.

I think I’d like their clothing a lot better if the logos weren’t so egregious. The Nike swoosh is so understated as is most of their athletic wear. But I do like big logos as evidenced by my Polo collection. This outlet is very drab. I expect more color and more hybrid fabrics from Puma, but I’m always let down at their outlet stores. The Usain Bolt collections are nicely designed but I’m against wearing any athlete’s clothing line whom I’m older than. If you think that’s weird, I’ve got other rules that may blow your mind. Their Ferrari and Ducati collections are bare, so bare. These collections are standouts for Puma, but at the outlet you’re pressed to find a t-shirt or zip-up. Try Barney’s…

love puma sneakers! they’re good quality, they fit my fairly wide feet(its good to have big feet, you know what they say about big feet… doncha… ;-)) and they are always stylish with a bit of edge. i’ve bought shoes here in the past, and just bought another pair. it did take me a while to decide if i wanted these or not. cause they have touches of neon orange and yellow and i couldn’t tell if they were cool, or if they looked like clown shoes. well i hope they don’t look like clown shoes, cause i bought them and i’m wearing them!(my niece tells me i can rock orange though, so yeah i think they look good too!!!) shopping here’s pretty easy and chill. the whole place is clean and well organized. staff is very friendly and you can tell they are really trying to be pleasant even though i can see the strain underneath the smiles, like they’d rather be doing something else.(hey i understand, no worries!). actually this whole outlet center(carlsbad premium outlets) has pretty serious and good customer service in all the stores which i find pretty surprising. the last thing i’d wanna do is deal with bargain hunters and tourists all day. but i would say 90% of the sales help in the stores here is exceedingly friendly and helpful. maybe there’s something in the water, i dunno. anyway i love the puma outlet. generally always find something cool here. not 100% of the time, hence not 5 stars. but it’s a fun sometimes cheap treasure hunt where you end up with something good. anyway what do you think of my orange shoes?! ;-)

If you tell me that I can buy one get one free of course I’m going to buy stuff. The selection here is good and the staff is helpful. What else could you ask for from an outlet store?
