I spoke with the sales representative over the phone to confirm the shipment of my product before purchasing. After the order and payment, I spoke with the sales representative again to confirm shipment date. The representative seemed helpful and confident. I do not receive my shipment on time. The shipment will arrive the following day — one day too late. I am unlikely to ever support this business again.
