What a bunch of snots! Went in with a ring that I inherited from my aunt. Needed to get it appraised. Excuse me for not doning Ann Taylor while I shop in Fashion Valley on a Monday afternoon but DAMN. I get this…“do you have a certificate of ownership???”
No…I do NOT have a certificate of ownership… as most people don’t have for their jewelry.
Thanks kids… I think I’ll have the ring appraised at someplace that has some respect for their perspective customers. Ring was appraised at 35k btw… by Unicorn Jewelers. And then bought a lovely diamond necklace to match.
I completely understand why your store is so SLOW. In this economy when people have money to spend, perhaps you should be such jerks.

A few years ago, I bought a set of plumaria ear rings & necklace, they grow black tarnish now & we have had the Royal Maui folks clean them several times. They said they have not ever seen happen before but only offered to clean them… Again. Appears to be poor workmanship to me. Buyer beware!
