Great service, better shoes, and if you are looking for a perfect fit, something you don’t get buying online, go down, get measured and listen to what these people have to say, they know thier shoes and they know feet. Thanks Matt for the tremendous knowledge and expertise fitting my long and narrow feet. I’ll have to bring my Grandma in one of these days, I hope her hammer toes and bunions don’t scare you:)

I entered and was greeted, sold a pair of shoes I explained was hard for me to afford and was ASSURED if I only wore them inside for a day, I would be able to get 100% refund. They were obviously too large but I have severe arthritis and a bone spur and purchased them to wear indoors for 4 hours at a job where I sat all 4 hours.
The next day I went to the store and was told they were too worn! WELL… DON’T TELL A 300 LB PERSON THEY CAN WEAR YOUR SHOES AND RETURN THEM!!!
These people are thieves!!!
$ 167 for a pair of shoes I wore ONCE for 4 hours?!

Upon entering the store, I was greeted. The store looked very clean and neat, I had checked out the website before coming here and was excited to check out their shoe styles. But everything change when I started feeling this burning sensation on my back, as if someone was staring down, checking every move I made. And as I turned I notice the sales associate right there! I felt like I was being watched, like if I was going to run out the door with a shoe.
I also had a stroller with me. and as I was walking down the aisle there where two boxes between the last two rows, no room to go through it, the sale associate just sat there behind the register checking out her phone. When I grabbed a pair to try on I was going to put it back where it belonged and right away I got a «No, No, I will put it away, they have a specific place where they belong». In my mind I was like «Are you serious? I know where I got them from, but fine you can do the job» Geesshh… Felt like customer service representative was rude and unhappy with her job. Will definitely not be returning here, I rather order online.
