Taylor Made Golf

Had a great experience when I was there. Gary was very knowledgeable. I picked up a new set of irons. I have the R1driver and am very happy with the quality. Thanks Gary and Taylormade!

Really disappointed they did not offer tours the week I was in Carlsbad. Taylor Made is missing a golden opportunity to market their company and earn a loyal customer.

My husband found out that Taylor Made offered tours of their facility so we randomly drove to the factory and found out that they only gave tours every Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am and you must book 1 week in advance. Wish we knew that before driving to Carlsbad, but I guess we could have called first. Anyway, today we took the tour and it was only us. I thought that because we needed to call a week in advance that there was a high interest in this tour. Our tour guide was Ryan and he was awesome! Very enthusiastic and loves golf. We saw their customer service/​finance/​staff pro area, manufacturing floor, customized golf club area, and like a Disneyland ride, we ended at their company store. My husband wished we got to see the Kingdom but I can understand why they don’t include it in their tour. Overall my husband enjoyed the tour and I learned more about golf than I can remember.

If you get the opportunity to visit TM headquarters you will love it. Golfer’s paradise and classy people as well.

Went to the family and friends event where everything was 40% off!
I suggest coming early, because the line was 2.5 hours long just an hour after they opened.
They also may run out of items — this time it was a few iron sets, certain shoe sizes, and polo shirts.
On a normal day, this store is for employees only.
I bought Rocketballz everything to replace my old golf set!

I have never recieved customer service this good anywhere. This was the best experience ever. Ladies and gentleman, if you want to buy new clubs I highly reccomend coming to the Kingdom!

They call this place the Kingdom, and for good reason. This is the head quarters and warehouse facility including assembly for Taylor Made group, Adidas Golf, Ashworth etc.
There is a nice showroom also at this location which is not open to the public. If you know someone that can get you in and can pull rank, then you will leave happy for sure.

A close friend of ours that works for Taylor Made, gave us a friends and family coupon at their company store this past weekend. It was only valid from 9−4pm on Saturday and gave us a 40% discount on all in stock merchandise. We arrived at 9am but the line was several hundred people deep and they were only allowing a few people in at a time. By 10am, we realized we weren’t making any progress in the line so we decided to leave. We were pretty bummed.
Later that day, we decided to pop in again after lunch and was lucky enough to walk right on in. I was looking for a 3 wood for my Dad and wanted to take a look at their clothes and shoes for myself and the hubby. Unfortunately, I found out from the sales guy that they ran out of the 3 wood 30 minutes after they opened their doors so even if we waited, we wouldn’t have gotten what we came in for. Good thing we didn’t wait.
I wish that Taylor Made would’ve given us the opportunity to order them or honor the 40% discount even though they were out of stock. I think it would’ve been a better option for everyone since it seemed as if there were several others that were looking for other clubs they were out of stock of.
We still managed to find several golf jackets and shirts for really great prices. Some of them were marked down 20% and we received an additional 40% off. I’m bummed that we didn’t get my Dad’s club for him but I suppose they next time we do this, we’ll make sure to arrive earlier to secure a better spot in line.
