Wow!
I don’t understand why every doctor within a 15 mile radius aren’t referring their patients requiring imaging here first! No matter what doctor I’ve seen, I get sent to Imaging Healthcare, which has to be one of the lousiest places you can be handled around. I won’t go into details but after my last visit there, I called my doc and said,“I’ll take having an illness because this thing wasn’t caught on imaging before I return to Imaging Healthcare!” Yes! It has been that bad.
I was shocked when she said oh wait there is a nicer place nearby. Within an hour, Valley Radiology had my order and scheduled me for an appt a week later (which would have been a 1 – 2 month wait at the other place). They could have even taken me same day, but I was on a trip.
When my appointment day came, the experience was truly wonderful. The building was so easy to find, the receptionist were warm and welcoming and check you in very quickly. I was 20 minutes earlier for my appointment yet I was still called back within 7 minutes of arrival. Also it is very clean and zen like in the lobby. The radiologist was gentle and explained each step of my exam and I was out before my scheduled appointment time! How amazing is that.
Yes, if you can, push to come here for your imagining needs. You’ll be treated better than expected! If I can help it, I will never go elsewhere in North County again.
