Came here before an event at MetLife stadium. Food was horrible wings were not cooked well. The hot roast beef sandwhich the bread was stale and claimed to be fresh from from the morning. The waitress was very nice but the food was not good and would advise to stay away.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. The owners and some of the staff are a bunch of nasty people. I will never set foot in this place again.

We held a surprise birthday party for my brother here and the entire experience was wonderful! From planning the party with the staff ahead of time to discuss our food and drink options to the exceptional service during the party, it was more than we could have asked for! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, and Doug even assisted in helping with the surprise by showing us to the fake table when we arrived with the guests of honor. I would highly recommend hosting any party here as the service was exceptional and pricing was very reasonable! Thanks to the entire Redd’s staff for helping us pull off this party and going above and beyond to make it wonderful!

Decent spot for parking before a Giants game and to come and have a brew and appetizer afterwards.

I wish I could say better… Only Good thing was my Long Island was strong!!! Wings were completely wrong and bun on my sandwich was rock hard… Like mouth cutting. We complained to our server and she blames the kitchen being slammed. I get that it’s a Sunday morning and that there was a jets home game… But shouldn’t management have thought about this before hand? Bar staff was friendly:.

Redd’s is a great place to go before a Jets game. My Dad and I were in town for the Thursday night Bills-Jets game last week, and wanted a place to hangout before the game without having to do our own tailgate. Redd’s is it! Prices are a little steep, $ 20 for a pitcher of Pabst, but it is North Jersey. I do recommend getting here early, it is the only show around and it gets packed to the rafters. We hungout for a couple hrs and then took their shuttle to the game. This was a great deal, a ride to the game only costs $ 5 and you can even buy a beer for the ride over. I don’t know if I will ever go back to MetLife as Jet fans are the worst I have ever dealt with, but if I do, we will be sure to stop at Redd’s.

Found this place from parking whiz when I was looking for parking for the Patriots/Giants game. Free appetizer, tailgating buffet, outside bar, shuttle to the stadium. Was a good plan and will come here again for my next game.

Great place and great people running the place. Never had anything bad, gets busy during events but they do a great job accommodating everyone. Specials during the games and a huge beer selection.

Horrible service, food was good, shuttle was a disaster. Wait over an hour at midnight with a small child trying to get back to the restaurant.

When deciding about tailgating for Taylor swift, my boyfriend suggested redds. Pay a fee lower than the stadium for parking, get a free app, a bAr that will put your drink in a plastic cup for the shuttle, and a quick exit. Worth it, and I’d do it again. On the negative, free app was pre-determined and drinks were pricey. Had to wait for the shuttle outbound.

Food was awful. The waitresses were not polite. They were rude and the food was awful. I wouldn’t recommend it. food was so greasy. parking is $ 25 just because we had a van.

Since the closing of the Izod Center, this place has taken a huge beating. Not even close to being busy on the weekend unless theres a game at metlife. I recommend the french onion soup and the pretzel crusted chicken. Not many places have a chicken entrée like that and its something unique for Redds. Huge tvs and pretty quick service. Waitress refilled my drink without even asking. Haven’t tried the shuttle service yet but its on my list next game I go to.

Came here during Pats Jets game with a friend. Relatively cheap parking and shuttle is the main reason. We both had burgers to save time and head to the stadium. But the burgers are really big and tasty, so are fries. The whole place is packed. We’re surprised to see so many Pats fans here. By the time we finished there was already a long long line waiting for the shuttle and we’re late. Next time we’ll definitely come much earlier.

Came here Saturday Night for an engagement party for some close friends of mine that was held upstairs in Redd’s. When you walk in downstairs there is a huge bar that seemed to be pretty packed, we followed the signs to go upstairs and walked into the room. Large open area with an outdoor patio area which would be nice for warmer weather it was a little chilly out there for us that night. There is a elevator which is nice for elderly people that can’t walk up all those steps. But the patio area has red couches that line the perimeter of a portion of the deck and were comfortable. There is a private bathroom upstairs so you don’t have to go all the way downstairs. This was my first time coming to Redd’s so I didn’t get to try any of their menu items only what we had at the buffet area. They had two buffet areas one at either end of the room filled with the same items: Penne Vodka, sausage and peppers, chicken marsala, eggplant rolatini, a huge chefs salad and bruchetta. The food was what I expected for a buffet style event good but not excellent. Food was lacking flavor but I was starving. The room had a dance floor located in the middle of it and also had a cash bar when you first walk in. The bartenders were a little di-diddy if you ask me. I asked for a malibu bay breeze and the bartender asked me 5 times what kind of vodka I wanted in it… Um how bout Malibu. Other than that it was enjoyable. I do think they should look into revamping that room along with the bathroom I feel they would get more business.

I found Redds while looking for offsite parking for an event at the Metlife stadium. Redds offers a great park-and-ride deal: $ 15 for event parking, to/from shuttle to the stadium, AND a free appetizer. I think the free appetizer really sealed the deal, haha! Kidding. So, food: We ordered the appetizer sampler platter which is not on the menu anymore(it is on the online menu), but available if you ask for it, and got the bruschetta appetizer free. You don’t get to choose the free appetizer, but the bruschetta was pretty tasty! The appetizer sampler comes with four of each of the following: baked potato wedges with bacon, cheddar, and sour cream, buffalo chicken wings, chicken fingers, and deep fried mozzarella sticks. It was PLENTY for the two of us. My friend also ordered the Captain’s Coffee cocktail, which was pretty good, but tasted too much like licorice for my liking. It was also supposed to be ICED coffee, but it came hot — which was a surprise, but we liked it that way so we didn’t return it. Service: The hostesses were super adorable! They were quick to clean off a table and seat us, and then they actually came around a few times to check on us because our waitress had not yet come by to take our order. When we finally got our waitress, she was not very attentive or very friendly. We had to proactively ask for anything we needed by flagging down another waiter/waitress who would then go and find our actual waitress… In terms of parking: Redds really does make event parking much easier, and the fact that you can pre-game at a bar before and not have to drive yourself to the actual event is even better. It was also nice to be able to have dinner in the restaurant while waiting for the shuttle line to die down instead of just standing in line. You don’t need to print out your receipt because they have your name down on a list, but it is probably nice to have on hand just in case. Our shuttle driver to the stadium(Nick, with the AWESOME mustache!) was really good about telling us exactly where the shuttle pick-up would be and which exit we should take out of the stadium to get to the pick-up location. Even if you forget, it isn’t a big deal because there will be someone at the pick-up location holding a huge Redds sign. I didn’t realize how many shuttles Redds owned(three, in case you were wondering) until we were being picked up, but I am glad they have so many! We were probably ~50 people deep and still made it onto one of the shuttles on the first round of pick-ups! I think this was one of least stressful concerts that I have ever attended, and I have Redds to thank for that!

This was my second time here last week. We were going to a concert at Izod and found out you can park at Redds and they will bus you over to the event. This concept is fantastic and available for most events at different prices depending on the Event itself. I would suggest anyone attending an event such as a Giants Game or a concert to contact them and see if they are participating. You do not have to eat here. You park on their property, several busses go back and forth every ten minutes to get you there on time and when the event is over you are the first ones out of there. No crowds, no waiting on lines in parking lots. They get you out the back door and back to Reds. It’s GREAT. Our driver was extremely courteous. He would not leave the Izod parking lot until the next bus arrived. Even though he was full he did not want anyone waiting there without a bus present and thinking they were possibly stranded or missed the bus. we did decide to eat here on this occasion last week and it was pretty mediocre at best. From what I remember from my first visit this past winter it was about the same. We were a group of five and had several different items and although nothing was bad, nothing really stood out. Asked for a mojito — no mint — it’s summer? isn’t it? But I“m getting used to it. Asking for a mojito in New Jersey no matter what the weather is becoming a quest of mine lately. So we had soups, salads, burgers, a little bit of everything and it was all edible but nothing to make me jump up about. Pretty much diner standards here. The prices are reasonable and the place and bathrooms are clean. The bar is huge and there are a lot of TV’s so I could imagine this place is hopping during the games. First let me state that The staff is very nice, very friendly and very helpful.

This was so convenient, and exactly what we were looking for. We arrived about 4 hours before the 4:25 Giant game, were greeted by a friendly staff and seated at a two-top where we remained until 45 minutes before game time. Redds provides parking, a shuttle to the Verizon gate and at least one TV with every NFL game for $ 30. On a day like 11/24, where the temperature was 28 and the wind chill made it feel like 4 degrees, not standing in the parking lot at a tailgate party seemed to be the right decision. Redds is the closest you can get to the stadium and the shuttles run continuously, so it could not be more convenient. Prices are reasonable and the food is good. The staff is personable and efficient, so if you wnat to go to Metlife Stadium and you either(a) do not have a parking pass or(b) simply wnat to chill in a warm environment before or after the game, this is your spot

We live near Redds, pass it quite often, parking lot always packed, we decided to give it a try. We walk in, it has a bar/grill feel, lots of wood and very bright, very very bright. We are seated and are handed a menu and a specials menu. Burgers, wraps, pasta dishes and some specials. i was unsure what to have, I ordered a beer and asked the waitress what she recommends, i was a little bothered that she said«i haven’t tried a lot of the menu.», Come on man! But she did say what people order a lot of. My wife ordered a burger, i order a steak sandwich, medium. Burger comes out w/a side of crisscross chips, my steak sand comes out, sliced London Broil on a really nice roll w/the same side of chips. The sandwich was really good, cooked mw as asked and my wife enjoyed her burger. The best part of the evening was a guy walking around asking to take a survey of Redds. He comes over after we ate w/a pad and asks what we thought of our food, experience etc. He proceeded to tell me «Nice Ed Hardy shirt douche bag.» which he managed to say in a charming way as to not offend me, i actually laughed. He asked what we thought about various slogans for Redds as well as a few jingles. Some of which may not have been PC. Turns out we were on hidden camera TV show Impractical Jokers. I was on to them, i knew something was up and i knew the guy looked familiar. Afterwards they whisked us away upstairs where they had a whole production room set up, they made us sign a release, we met the owner of Redds and they welcomed us w/open arms, it was a cool experience.
