I am a huge fan of Michael Aram’s work and always shop at Addendum for the best selection anywhere. They also carry Ralph Lauren, Match Pewter & Jan Barboglio all brands that I love and usually do not find outside of Chicago or New York. Top notch service from people that really care about helping you make the best possible selections. Love Love Love this shop!

I have never experienced such poor and rude customer service in my 46 years!
I ordered a custom order gift on ¹⁰⁄₂₉ which was supposed to be in in 2 weeks. It’s Dec 9 and I had to call to determine what the issue was. The answer was that the order was misplaced but will be done by Christmas!!! I didn’t need it for Christmas. I needed it by mid November. Had I known it would be that long, I would have cancelled the order.
The gentleman Shane would ONLY give me a store credit and ended up yelling at me saying he took back a crinkled up sweater I returned which WAS 100% not worn and in compliance with their return policy. He was just bitter as I returned it.
They must need the business that badly or else anyone in customer service knows you would never treat a customer this way.
This whole issue is their fault and he threw out complete BS because he knows they are wrong.
I would think small business boutiques would know better because this will be yet another failed business in the future-​guaranteed.
I’m a very simple easy person to deal with and I wish I could return the other $ 110 item I purchased, out of principle because I regret ever giving them business and never ever will again.
Looks like I need some other boutique to purchase 25 staff gifts…
I’d give them 0 stars but it wasn’t a choice.
