I was excited when this chipotle was first open, since it’s our favorite fast food ever. But we’re greatly disappointed. My pet peeve with chipotle is when they undercook the rice. And this chipotle location really never disappoints when it comes to undercooking their rice. They don’t know how to cook their rice!!! We gave them several chances and kept coming back hoping it was just a flux but it was not. We just ordered 3 bowls and the rice is completely hard and undercooked. Even my 4yo daughter said, «it’s so crunchy it’s like eating seeds»! That is what broke the camel’s back. We are not going back to this chipotle. Unless you enjoy eating raw hard rice, I suggest you don’t come here either. I am asian and I eat rice 3 meals a day. So I KNOW my rice.

Multiple times coming here during dinner and their food looks like it’s sat out since lunch. They often don’t have certain meats ready and aren’t even cooking them until you point it out. Good restaurant, could use better staff.

While everyone probably knows of Chipotle by now, I am not necessarily rating a 5 star because the food is so much better at this location than the zillion Chipotles serving the same thing but more so because of the staff. Particularly the guy who I assume is the manager. I’ve seen him at this location many times and another time at the Chipotle at the Fashion Mall. I don’t know his name and I probably sound like a stalker but he always stood out to me because I’ve noticed that he is consistently conducting meetings with staff members, taking the time to explain things when he sees something that needs to be more efficient and speak with customers waiting in line. I also noticed that he pays attentions to details and isn’t afraid to jump in where needed when the restaurant gets busy.

This location is Chipotle’s hidden gem. Or maybe it is just that this is the newest location in the area, but hardly ever is there a long line here. The 146th St. location, only 2 miles away, always has a long line, frequently out the door. The food is Chipotle’s usual quality, good! Chipotle serves the highest quality food of any of the quick-dine restaurants. I like the convenience of this location as well. It is next to Blaze pizza so I can quickly pick up a pizza for the non-burrito member of my family when taking Chipotle home. Can’t go wrong with Sofritas burrito bowl with sautéed veggies, black beans, rice, roasted corn salsa, cheese, sour cream, and of course guacamole.

All Chipotles are the same, right? I don’t think so. Of the ones I’ve visited, I think this has to be my favorite. The staff is super friendly and recognizes you once you’ve been there a couple of times(ok, maybe I eat there a *little* too often). They don’t bat an eye when you roll up and have to order 4 burritos to go. And they’ve never been out of guac, which makes this a 5-star place in my book.

I have been eating Chipotle since it came to indiana years ago. I have never had a bad tasting meal from there until today. I ordered the same thing i get every time. It tasted like nothing. So gross. I’ve never experienced my chipotle having no taste. Such a disappointment.

I have been to the Chipotle at 126th street 2 times now and each time they have been out of either Chicken or Steak. I was not there at odd hours, and they did not seem in any type of rush to get the food prepared and out. I decided to have steak instead since they were out of Chicken, the Steak was cold and chewy. Chipotle has lost some of its appeal.

Beware the new hires but when a pro handles the portions you’ll get the great quality food chipotle is known for.

No smiles, running out of food but not communicating to teammates loud enough what is needed, arguing amongst each other, giving me a non– existent portion instead of waiting for your refills to come. I love chipotle but this was the most depressing visit ever. I’ll stick to your other locations.

Nearly the worst service at any fast food chain I have ever been to. I have been to this particular Chipotle three times in 2015, and two times my order was messed up. The employee staffing the cash register appeared to be aloof and not interested in providing good customer service at all. Don’t come to this Chipotle during the lunch rush hour unless you are willing to wait. Last week I placed a to go order on the website for my entire family. I paid for the order ahead of time. When I arrived to pick it up, I stood at the cash register for 3 minutes before being acknowledged, despite Chipotle’s advertising about being able to show up and get your order right away. I was given my order bag without any thanks, and then drove the 50 minutes to home(this was to be a special treat for my wife, who likes Chipotle, although we do not have one near our home). Upon arriving home, I found that they left out both of my kids’ drinks and both of my kids’ sides with their meals. I called back three times before the phone was answered and the person who answered took down my name, saying she would make it right the next time I was there. How does she expect the staff to remember? Sorry, but I don’t plan for there to be a next time that I visit this Chipotle, when there are several other choices on the North side for a good lunch or dinner. 2 stars rather than 1 star, because the quality of the food is great.

I like Chipotle, but this location isn’t at the top of my list. For starters, I got there and they were out of chicken. And veggies. Like out. Granted, it was pre-5pm so not quite dinnertime rush yet, but still. The nice lady did offer me a free drink while I was waiting for the chicken to finish cooking. Bonus: it was the best Chipotle chicken I’ve ever had. After that hiccup, it was smooth sailing. The concept is open but it’s not a big Chipotle and could easily get crowded. I popped a squat on one of the bar stools and it was not comfortable. Very small circular seat for your behind and not a back or a ledge to put your feet. I wasn’t a fan.

This is a decent Chipotle. The inside is open and clean with lots of fun places to sit. A nice feature is the long elevated bars that seat 4 – 6 people. It is easy to get to off of US31 and there is lots of parking. No complaints about the food/service. Everything is pretty much standard for Indiana Chipotles.

The newest Chipotle to open and it is real close to my work. I waited a few weeks to let the grand opening rush die down, but still around lunch time, this place gets packed. Everyone seems to love the brand, and they have good reason to I think as the food quality is good. In the end though, this place is a chain, and very average. I like this location because of how clean it is as well as location but… it’s just a Chipotle. If I had to pick a good and a bad it would be: Good: Fresh and great tasting meats & veggies Bad: Price for add-ons are brutal. $ 2 to add guac to your meal and $ 3 to add extra meat. I left with 1 rice bowl for $ 13 because i wanted extra meat and guac. :( I’d come back here if craving it, sure why not?

Horrible coordination of register n food prep. I stood there watching them make multiple orders while my food gets cold. And there are 5 people who work there just standing AROUND!!! Errrrrr… Will go to Qdoba next time.

Chipotle has always been one of my favorite places to eat ever since the first one in Carmel opened in Merchant Square(rip). This new store is very nice and the décor feels perfectly in line with their aesthetic. It feels a little small, and I’m worried about how well it will fare in the lunch rush because it is in a high traffic area around a bunch of businesses. I think that this restaurant could be overwhelmed for its size. There will eventually be outdoor seating. I had a burrito from there, and it was perfect, and the staff was very polite and kind. Some of them were obviously new and still learning, but they got everything perfect as far as I was concerned. Can’t wait to return here over and over.
