The store is in an excellent local, easy to find and lots of shopping nearby. The downside this past visit was their selection seems to be going towards knits and less stylish clothing. I have been a big fan of JJill in the past, but thiis new line is disappointing. Another tip for the customer service rep. Do Not guess at the size of a client, if you have to guess, choose smaller, not larger. I was asked if I was a certain size, which was 2 sizes larger than I normally wear, and JJill runs big. I will come back again, but hope for a different experience than last time.
