Ordered the Southwest Salad. I am so tired of restaurants, this one included, who use incredibly poor quality lettuce. Romaine lettuce is not white or yellow — it is green. Using iceberg lettuce when your menu says romaine is inexcusable. Yes it is cheap but yes it has no flavor and no nutritional value. I had to throw away a large part of the salad because even as it used iceberg it used large chunks of white pieces that should have been thrown away. What a horrible salad and a waste of my money. If they cared about their customers they would actually use quality ingredients. This is why I stopped buying salads at Panera as well. So disappointing and with the closure of When Eddy Met Salad, you can’t get a decent salad in this city unless you go to a nice restaurant.

Had a lady who had trouble putting stuff into the register — took 10 minutes and a supervisor finally finished. Food was good though.

Yum! This was my first visit, but I can see myself coming here again, maybe even often. They have very good baked potatoes loaded with sour cream, cheese, chives and bacon. The salad was good, too. I really like that they have a pickle bar in the restaurant!

We went for free tea day and it was busy, but not too busy. The line went quickly and everyone was working hard to get everyone their food and also kept our teas full. They have the best tea. I get half regular and half sweet and it’s perfect.
I pretty much always get the orange cranberry club with no mayo. Sometimes I forget to say no mayo. I don’t hate it, but just strong prefer to not have it on my food. It did come with it, but they were quick to get me a new one. I love the cranberry sauce on my sandwich. Sometimes I get a salad, but when getting a sandwich it is always my first choice.
Desserts here are good too. I love the brownies and today we got the chocolate spoon cake which was just wow. It was amazing. It was super rich and very good.
This location does a great job when it’s packed at lunch and I love we can get in and out and back to work.

Manager was amazing! It was taking longer than normal for our meal to arrive and she came over to comp our meal. We didn’t even say anything. Very proactive manager! We will be coming back to this location as the food is great and management top notch!

Always good fresh food. Salads are fresh and crisp. Service is fast and polite. Had the taco salad and wanted more chili. They brought it without hesitation and no charge. Also ordered the Savanah chopped salad with a cheese substitution. Again, excellent and reasonably priced.
NOTE: No more Watermelon Lemonade. Regular and Strawberry Lemonade is good though.

I had the pot roast spud and found it hard to get through — very salty and peppery. I asked and they said that’s just how the gravy was, but AJ offered to replace it and gave me a spud max. More than expected — I didn’t ask for a replacement but he was very kind in making sure I had something I liked for lunch. Thanks!

This place is great! A widely varied menu at reasonable prices and great service make it much more than a deli. Our robotics team dined as a group of around 20 people, and every single person loved it. Don’t miss the chance to eat here — you won’t regret it. Thanks Ivan!
