I go to Panera every week for dinner with my daughter. The cashier, Maize, greeted us right when we walked in the door and was happy to take our order. She recommended the new Thai wonton bowl and it’s now my new favorite. She even treated my daughter to a cookie! Definitely will continue coming back, the staff is all very friendly.

This place is my go-to lunch solution when I’m hungry and I need to feel less guilty. What’s not to love with their mix and match options? I typically order half soup(lemon orzo or chicken with wild rice) or salad(strawberry poppyseed or Cobb). I usually complement it with a side such as chips of baguette. Skip the baguette if you’re truly being healthy. Join their panera rewards specially if you’re a frequent diner. You’ll get a free meal and free bakery item such as cookies, brownies and carrot cupcake.

Love Panera for the healthy food options. This one always seems to roll out quality products in a timely manner. No big complaints here. Took one star away because they always seem to make mistakes with my sides(choice of baguette, apple, or chips come with each entrée). Not a huge deal but a repeated problem here.

I was a little disappointed. This Panera seems to have abandoned its pager/buzzer system, in favor of an ad-hoc method of having patrons congregate around the pickup area, waiting for their names to be shouted. Finished orders & trays are placed on top of the aluminum counter, and more often than not, you’re expected to visually inspect each item placed on the counter, trying to figure out if it’s yours or not. It’s a very sloppy system. And a slow system. I waited literally 15 minutes the other day for a simple ham sandwich and soup, watching as others who came in after me picked up their orders and got seated. Another complaint — it’s constantly packed full of people. I suppose that’s good for the company(means they must be doing something right), but just once I’d like to go there and see the place only half occupied(instead of 120% capacity).

this Panera Bread location had the usual offerings on their menu, but was very dirty and seemed poorly-attended to. There were smelly stacks of dirty dishes in the return spot and many of the tables were filthy.

Hazelnut coffee to die for! This was my study juice in college. I return to the local Panera whenever I have some books to hit or need the creative juices to flow.

Panera is one of my go-to places when I am out running errands or on the road. Their food is always light and refreshing. I love the Sierra Turkey sandwich and their chopped BBQ chicken salad. I go to this location often because it is close to work and home but the only drawback is that sometimes their staff is not the friendliest. Yes, working in fast food sucks but you don’t need to be rude just because you hate your job!

Where to start. Dirty tables, and the advocados in my salad were like rocks. Went and told the lady who took my order and she said ohhh, ok. I wasnt looking for anything free but, a sorry or what can I do to make this situation better would have been nice. We did the online survey and the general manager did call and offered freebies. Told him no, just expected better service in these hard times.

I am on the road constantly for my job, and I never know where I am going to go until that morning. This makes it incredibly difficult to find the good local spots. Unilocal has definitely helped me find so gems, but while I am working I am usually too busy to sit down and Unilocal properly. It takes a minute to find a great local restaurant, and then I always have to ask myself, «Do I have enough time to drive there?» If I am unfamiliar with an area, I am in a hurry, and there is a Panera nearby I will eat there. Everything Panera makes is fresh and delicious. Their salads are some of the best around. The Black and Bleu: «Seared top sirloin, romaine, frizzled onions, tomatoes & gorgonzola, tossed with blue cheese vinaigrette and drizzled with a cabernet reduction.» The bread is good, the sandwiches, the soups are awesome, and the salads. I am consistently surprised at how fresh everything is and the quality of the ingredients. This place proves that a chain restaurant can produce quality food and any chain that isn’t is simply doing so because they don’t give a fuck. This Panera was incredibly busy when I visited.- The line was almost out the door, but I was helped quickly, my food was up by the time I grabbed my coffee, and the quality was as good as it always is.

I read Katrina review and HAD to review as well… I go here quite a bit for breakfast and sometimes salads etc. for lunch or dinner. I think this location needs to clean out staff and rehire. I honestly can say that EVERY time I go in there they mess up my order. In the beginning I had gone home several times without all of my order and had to drive back. They are forever making things wrong or forgetting to my complete order. I live very close so I just keep going here vs down at Merchant’s. I just know I will have to check my order EVERY time knowing it WILL be wrong.

I had the absolute worst experience at this Panera today. I normally go to the Panera at Merchant Square, where I’ve always been satisfied with my experience. But today, my Panera experience started with a very confused cashier. My sister asked for a turkey sandwich with«just lettuce and cheddar,» meaning minus the tomato and onions it normally comes with and I asked for a smoked turkey sandwich on country bread(which is on their menu!!!) The cashier rung my sister’s order in as a sandwich of just lettuce and turkey… no bread. He rung in my order as the smokehouse turkey panini… As I noticed this mistake, I told the guy working in the kitchen, who assured me it was just a normal sandiwich, not a panini. But when my order came out, it was a panini, just as I’d suspected. So they remade my sandwich. But then my sisters came out, no bread… so they remade hers. When my food was ready, we noticed that my sisters’ food was missing from the to-go bag… they’d put it in someone else’s bag, so yet again they remade her sandwich. After about 15 minutes of directing the kitchen on how to make a simple turkey sandiwch, we’d finally gotten our food. Granted, the food was delicious, but the service was terrible. I’d paid three extra dollars for my sandwich because it was rung in as a panini, but after the trouble I’d been through, I just let it go. Panera’s food is excellent, but I definitely recommend the Panera on Merchant’s Square, it is more organized, cleanly, and just all-around better.
