Horrible attitudes make for poor customer service. I smile and friendly voice go a long way. My food was sloppily prepared. Sandwich falling apart bc it was made on torn bread. How hard is it to get a new loaf? Really. When I asked it to be wrapped up to I could take home — same situation — falling apart and Impossible to eat. Really could be doing a better job. Disappointed!

My husband loves it here. I don’t like warm sandwiches normally. I go for the fries. I do get the chicken teriyaki and mushrooms. I like to add extra mushrooms and I am usually happy. The lemonaide is really good too.

My review of the food probably wouldn’t stray from what others would say. I’m just posting this to give a shout-out to the great staff here. They’re always nice; not much personnel turnover — faster than any other PSECS I’ve been to and they actually ask how you’re doing while you’re there. They served free bite-sized versions of their cookies during one of my visits, but without selling it or even a «make sure to buy one on your next visit.» it was as if they were just being nice.

I love the grilled artichoke sub. Service is always very friendly at this location, and I often stop in just to grab a cookie on my way home from work. If I worked at Penn Station I’d be eating raw cookie dough…

This is a chain store, so not a local establishment. Had a FIREHOUSE subs feel to it. Bread appears to be made on site and really makes the sub. Had the sub of the month(Philly) and for 8″, fries and a coke, it cost around $ 8. Not bad at all really AND it came with a delicious little side cookie. Would rate the philly better than most for a chain store. Would definately eat here again. Too hungry to post a photo! SORRY!

I left Indy some 5 years ago, I am now living in PA(supposedly Philly Cheese Country) trust me; there is no better Philly cheese than Penn Station in Indy

Do I really have to fill out a scantron to get a sandwich? All I have to say is if you’re from New York, you probably would not go to Penn Station to get a sandwich. I think I will continue this trend when in Indianapolis. On a side note, if you want to go to a good deli/sandwich shop near Penn Station — the real one — I’ll be posting some reviews soon from when I used to work on 34th st and 9th Ave.

I looooove Penn Station. Love love love. I ordered a party tray for my sister’s shower this last weekend and it was fresh, delicious and a great price. I called around to several sandwich places that could not offer me what they could. For 25 four-inch sandwiches in four flavors(tuna and chicken salad, ham and turkey) for $ 69.99, it was a great deal. they had it ready on time, and the guests loved it. I’m indulging in one right now as I eat(I mean type) this. Go for a snack, for dinner or celebrate a party. Good idea for Super Bowl. SOOOO good.

Penn Station is good for gut-busting, Jewish-style subs. If you want pseudo healthy, go to Subway or Quiznos. If you want gut-busting, Jewish-style subs, then go to Penn Station.
