Rascia’s Creative Cakes

Our family has used Rascias cakes for over 10 years and we’ve absolutely loved every single one. Amazing customer service!

This review is for the cupcakes, which are fine. I think Rascia’s main deal are their custom cakes, and their cupcakes are secondary. The cupcake is spongy and the frosting tastes like seven-​minute frosting — more like icing than anything. I am more of a buttercream frosting kind of gal, so this kind of frosting is not my favorite. The lemon cupcake had a bit of lemon curd on top, which was very tasty. The cupcakes are decorated very prettily, too.

We had originally chosen to use another nearby cake place we had never tried, but went online for reviews before we went. The other place had terrible reviews, but it was online that we discovered that Rascia’s Cakes existed. Not only was it better located for us, but the reviews were amazing! So, we gave her a shot. Rascia was friendly and she listened intently to what we wanted in a cake for my baby shower. The cake was done on time and was ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE! Rascia even offered to carry the cake to the car for us… Truly full service! Rascia really met and exceeded our expectations! It was well decorated, enticing «oohs» and «ahhs» from all who saw it. The cake was very moist, the icing very rich, and everyone at the shower was impressed. I will certainly use Rascia for cake needs in the future!
