And made a comment a few months ago when I saw they are rebuilding the store. The comment was«you cannot polish a turd» they prove me right tonight. the lady at the drive thru forgot my order within seconds of me placing it then messed up my order picking up I’ll had to walked into store(drive thru no longer convenient). there was 3MORE customers from the drive thru with wrong orders. My lord please stop smoking before your shift, bottom line is buger king is falling hard.(only reason I keep coming back to this location is because they’re the lesser of two evils they are next to McDonalds) hey guys I had to rewrite my review I wrote the review without fully check my bag. I chose to get this out before at eat. while I am missing a double cheeseburger and I requested no onions on my hamburger guess what guys there onions. some people want 15 bucks an hour well stop giving me $ 0.15 for the service

I must say that I am impressed with the remodeling. However, that’s the only positive. The service is extremely slow now with the increase in business. They still only have one cashier when they now need two. It takes hella long to get your order taken and hella long to get your food. I was much happier with the old store because business was slow, and the service was faster.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not go here! Decided to give the place a second chance after they remodeled thinking they might have hired new staff. They didn’t. The cashier at the window(Angelica or whatever her name was) was so busy talking to a fellow employee that she could barely fill my drink cup. Then she handed me my food and I said«thank you» she said«no problem.» No problem? How about«have a good night» or «thank you» in return? Learn some customer service instead of playing footsie with your co-workers! Got home food was old and smashed, took a bite of a chicken nugget and had to spit it out, it tasted like a salt lick. NEVERAGAIN. To management: your staff should have had a makeover along with your building.

The last 3 visits in over the last 2 months. The first 2 were going through the drive-thru and ordering 2 bacon croissan’wichs. The first time the cheese was cold on them the second time the cheese and eggs were cold. Today I went thru and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and then quickly corrected it to 2 double bacon cheeseburgers. I got 2 bacon cheeseburgers that were LOADED with ketchup and mustard — so much so that we could not eat them and gave them to my dog. She even refused! I had to wipe off all the gunk! Never going back.

As a manager at a restaurant what goes on here is far from a great establishment! When I went here I got to the Window I try to change my original order and the lady told me no! She said my manager has left so you cant change your order! This is unheard of you cant tell people they can not change there order that is insane. Its either a highly stupid system they have or the laziness of others. Will not return!

If I could I’d give ZERO stars if I could! Food was cold and the lady didn’t put NONAPKINS in my bag just disgusting DONOTEATHERE! They’re filthy they have people shooting up by the dumpsters they have there employees clean the bathrooms then touch the food disgusting they need to be shut down. I’ll never eat there again. I came here for the deal that is going on with the nuggets for my children, and I must say, this place is probably the dirtiest place I’ve ever been. Tables had a bunch of craps all over them, not clean, and there were trash all over the ground. This place is absolutely disgusting. How this passed health regulations, I have no idea. Not only was I disgusted, the servers were too busy talking amongst themselves. You’d think that since they had the time to screw around, they’d have the time to clean. Let’s just say I went somewhere else and will not come back. I’d rather pay a little bit more to at least feel confident in the idea that my food would not be contaminated considering everything else was dirty there

This place sucks. I just went through the drive-thru at 10pm as the store was shut. I ordered a bacon whopper combo with NOCHEESE — as I am lactose intolerant. The guy who took my order REPEATED«NOCHEESE» back to me. I drove through to the next window, and the guy who opened it & spoke to me, again, REPEATEDMYORDERTOME, COMPLETEWITH«NOCHEESE». He promptly gave me my food & I drove away. I got home, and guess what. CHEESE. You useless douchebags. I know it’s my fault for going there, and no I do not expect a whole lot of competence from a fast food drive thru… but they REPEATEDMYORDERTOME, CORRECTLY… TWICE. How did they manage to completely f*ck up the ONE thing they NEEDED to do for the customer? Tremendously awful experience. I might go back just to let them know about it.

this is usually our back up burger king because the one by our house is so disgusting… we ordered several burgers and were adding a few more on for some friends when the guy on the drive thru told us that they were out of cheese… how in the freak do you run out of cheese??? seriously??? begrudgingly finished ordering and settled on a chicken sandwich which never made it into my bag… i didn’t care enough to go back at that point… we ended up at the carl’s jr. at madison and manzinita because we didn’t have enough for everyone… the bk burgers next to the carl’s burgers were laughable… hard buns, bland and no cheese… again wtf??? that’s what i get for letting my 8 yr. old choose where we go for lunch… guess absence makes the heart grow delirious… the fries are the only reason why they are getting 2 stars from me but i guess it’s pretty hard to screw up a fry… oh and the iced tea didn’t suck…

So… I had this happen to me twice before and I wasn’t going to get taken a third time. Today I ordered a BK Jr. Combo based on the $ 4.09 price on the board. No where on it does it say what is the size. I get asked«Would you like a medium or large?» So I say«Medium»(in the past I had assumed that the price on the board was for that size) and I’m told the total would be over $ 5, much more than the price on the board plus my guesstimate on the tax. When I get to the window, I begin my grilling. What size is the $ 4.09 price? The response was that it’s for small and that the cashiers are instructed to ask customers for a medium or large combo. My question was then«shouldn’t you be asking if we want to upgrade to a medium or large size?» The next answer is what is prompting me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau…“we are not allowed to say upgrade.” I changed my order to a small and bowed not to go to BK again until this practice changes. My next stop… BBB. Don’t be afraid to ask and don’t be afraid to change your order based on the menu price.

This is the slowest«fast food» place I have ever seen. I live very close and we have been here many times. It is consistently extremely slow. I have never got through the drive-thru line in less than 10 or 15 minutes, and have even waited over 35 minutes in the drive thru with only 5 cars in front of me. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

i used like the service at this location. but recently it seems they have went through changes. the last time we went, not only did they get the order wrong, they took forever to get our food out AND they had the audacity to be RUDE! …EXCUSEME! and i witnessed them being rude to other customers as well… not sure if i will be going to this one much more.

I rarely partake in fast food anymore, but those commercials for the pulled pork sandwich and sweet potato fries did their job. I was on my way home from work and starving. even though I had to go a little out of my way, I was trying it! Well, I got home, opened my bag and found a hamburger :(I am NOT a burger fan. I tried to call the BK location to see if I could return the crap but no one ever answered the phone. So I took out the meat patty and had myself a lettuce, tomato and cheese sandwich. And the sweet potato fries… so salty, not even edible. Too bad, I just wasted $ 8 on a bag of food that was gross and BK will certainly not ever have my business again. But they are fast food, what do they care…

Okay, so my diet and reviews as of late has consisted mostly of crap. It’s true. I live off fast food lately and pixie sticks(which rock by the way) and it’s totally grossing me out. However, not all fast food places are created equal and the food doesn’t always taste the same at every location but you already know that. This BK has always made me happy. It’s clean and efficient. It’s food is always the yum. Honestly, I think BK has the best fries and I love a hearty Whopper — it’s the yum(really it is.)
