Joy from DP Tech did an amazing job repairing my laptop. I was ready to purchase a new one (mine is only 2 years old), but she was able to repair and improve it for a reasonable price and quickly. Thank you!

I was a member here for over a year. Got to know Joy and Raj both. I had them reinstall an operating system on our work computer, and they reassured me everything would be back the same. It wasn’t. They wiped out our brand new MS Office 2010, and installed the old MS Office 95. We I went back in and talked to them, Joy accused me of lying, and said I never had 2010!
In addition to that, I had them look at mulitple computers for me, mostly spares, and it was always the same answer from them; the mother board is fried, so I’d recycle them, or use them for parts. When my main PC that I had everything on, (itunes, music, pics) stopped working, they told me the same thing; mother board is fried. They gave me several quotes for replacing the board, and I decided to just buy a new PC, and brought the old one home. Well last week, my 18 y.o. son wantd to mess around with it. After an hour, he discovered it was just the esata ports for the hard drive that were bad, He bought a $ 20 pci express card with 2 esata ports on it, plugged it in, and it works perfect!
I wonder how many other good PC’s I’ve gotten rid of because they’re too lazy to properly diagnose the issue. I’ll never take anything here again!

Excellent computer repair. I had a relatively new desktop that had issues and didn’t want to have to ship it out for service. DP tech handled the problem quickly and at a reasonable price.
