Terrible service. Very rude service. Henna the lady in charge was very rude. She didn’t keep up to her end of the bargain with providing the decorations for our stage and rudely stated she wouldn’t refund us for the service she didn’t provided us. Never going to her again. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. She is only after the money. Very cold and rude! Hate PPP.

I hired Professional Party Planners for my wedding ceremony. It was a small ceremony with short notice. Both Henna and Lala provided exceptional service. They were prompt and professional and best of all reasonable price for the extraordinary service. They followed my instructions to the T. When I walked in to the Club House, I said WOW and I loved, loved my bouquet. I couldn’t be happier with the florals they provided. I highly recommend them for any Décor service. Thank you Henna! I appreciated the hard work on such short notice.

This is my fifth time working w PPP and have always been very happy with the results. They are really easy to work with and provide lots of creative ideas working well within our budget. They follow up in a timely fashion and I know that they will deliver perfectly on the day of event without my involvement. I highly PPP for your next event!

I had an extraordinary experience with Henna at Professional Party Planners. We met with Henna about 1 month before our wedding after having met with other decorators (and not finding their decorations up to par). Henna was excellent; the decorations, stage backdrops, lighting, and table décor was beyond what we had expected, and she was very thorough in meeting with our hotel coordinator as well. The flower arrangements were exactly like the photos I had sent her (and even better looking in person!). Her fabrics are high-​quality. We were able to rent chiavari chairs for 3 events for one price. The setup of all of the events (which were all in the same rooms at different times, thereby increasing their difficulty in setup) was timely and efficient. Henna was very good at responding to our questions and concerns as well. I would definitely recommend Henna and Professional Party Planners for anyone’s wedding or special event.

I hired professional party planners to do the decorations at my wedding and I could not have been more disappointed. When we met with them to go over everything, it seemed like they had everything under control and would do a great job. But when the actual wedding day came, it did not go well. For the ceremony decorations, they had put certain bouquets in the wrong place, the hanging crystals and candles were not done properly, and two of the backdrops were placed far away when we had requested they be next to each other. We had to call someone back to fix these problems and some my family ended up fixing themselves.
At the reception, they used the wrong chair ties and we asked them to fix them, they rushed it and only did half and the ones they did fix were not done neatly. The centerpieces were in the wrong vase and used only one color gem when we had requested two.
After the wedding, we emailed them to express out disappointment and after a few emails it ended with an email from them saying:
«I really cant go back and forth with u in this
Sorry u were disappointed» with no actual apology from them or admitting that anything was their fault.
I was highly dissatisfied with their service and professionalism and would not recommend them.
