I have a 2004 panasonic hdtv that has a great picture and is built into a wall. A well-​trained and professional repairman came, fixed the problem quickly and my old standby is back up for action.
It’s very hard today to find old fashioned repair services in our throw away society, but these guys are great! Highly recommend!

Almost a year later and use the tv for gaming on a daily basis and it’s still working perfect.

The owner came to my house for a warranty repair. He went to work immediately and replaced the circuit board after diagnosing the issue. The new circuit board had some issues with HDMI handshaking at first but he quickly fixed that. Very professional and knowledgeable service call, I would recommend to anyone!

I did not have a good experience here.
I brought in a TV and asked for a quote after calling and being told that’s what I should do. The owner told me that he couldn’t give a real quote until he opened up the TV and took a closer look. He then assured me that opening up the TV and diagnosing the problem was completely free and he would call me before he did anything with a firm quote so that I could then make a decision on whether or not I wanted to go through with it.
He called me the next day and said that the TV was ready to be picked up and that it would cost me $ 60. I was confused and so I asked him, «didn’t you say that you would call and give me a quote before you did anything?» He just said «yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.» He said nothing else. He didn’t offer to give me a discount or even so much as apologize. Very unprofessional (ironic, considering the name). I will not be coming here again and advice you all to stay away.

They came to my condo, with a loaner, diagnosed the problem and got my repaired TV back to me quickly and perfectly repaired. They’re unfailingly polite and gracious.
I highly recommend them!
