Rosati’s Pizza

This is good pizza. I’ve been ordering here for years. Unfortunately the drivers shitty attitude ruined it for me tonight. I won’t order again

IMO the best pizza in the area. They have our favorite topping (green olives) and the pizza is always good. Its not an eat in, and we have never tried the other dishes. Not too pricey. Delivery can be long at peak hours. I usually just pick it up.

Came for lunch with my coworkers. We lucked out because we were hoping to eat there and the one table they have was open! I do wish they had more seating. We all ordered slices of pizza but felt like they should have more of their menu posted. Pizza-​by-​the-​slice wasn’t even on the menu so if you did not know they did that, you wouldn’t even know it was a menu option. They also did not even have their full menu available. It wasn’t posted nor did they have a pamphlet. When I looked online I found they have many more options than what they have posted. The service was good and the staff was very friendly. We all loved our pizza! The slices are huge and definitely make for a good lunch. We’ll be back!

We have been ordering from Rosatis for years and usually enjoy the pizza as a treat. However tonight we waited over an hour and a half only to get a dried out, clearly old pizza delivered. Disappointing. Called and asked for a manager prior to our food being delivered because it was so late. We were told that the guy who answered the phone was in charge. Maybe they need someone else in charge? It’s Tuesday evening, no sports event, just a regular night with bad pizza. Should have thrown in a tombstone.

I’m a big fan of their thin crust. That’s all I’ve ever had and all I need! Their sausage is Among the best I’ve had and the overall sauce /​cheese ratio and sauce flavor profile is what I love about Rosatis. Conveniently located at the Geneva /​President corner. When u call they automatically, thoughtfully try to make what you order into one of their deals or coupons. Great phone service and quick pickup response. I ask for it a little extra crispy and it comes out the way I Iove it.

Wasn’t happy with the delivery… said it will be delivered in one hour. delivered after ¹¹⁄₂ hours.. Some cold soggy mess of Chicago style pizza. I never knew one can go wrong with pizza. worst place.

My company orders from here, and honestly if I was paying, i would never eat from here. The food is not great at all. Overpriced bad food. I would not complain about the price as the food suck here. Just ordered a salad and potato wedges, which i got the salad but no potato wedges. Most of the salad had brown leaves, so I had to throw at most of my salad. Good thing I was not the one paying. I would never go to Rosati anywhere. There are many better options.

Pizza and food is always fantastic! The last time I asked to speak to the manager just to tell him how much I appreciated the quality of their food. He looked up at me and told her he did not have time to speak to me and just shook his head with disgust… wtf. This place is awesome. The food is great… he is a dick. Lesson… don’t be a dick.

I haven’t had many good experiences at this Rosati ’ s location. Always greasy and overdone to me. Don’t know what their deal is because they used to be much better.

I just had a large pizza delivered with 2 toppings cooked well thin crust. I’m 5 to 10 minutes away. It took almost an hour and a half and arrived cold, medium crust and doughy. The answer I got from the delivery person was «if you don’t like it call the shop «. Instead I’m going to this forum. It’s why it’s here. This is the 2^nd time with Rosatis in Wheaton. I’m done…

I have always gotten great service and they are my go to place to get Ribs or a slice.

Terrible terrible terrible service. Do not order pizza from this location. Girl answering phones is clearly drugged out. My experience with a order for delivery was a very simple order: wings, pizza, soda. All 3 were wrong. Foods good just this is a terrible service at this location.

new to the suburbs was craving a good thin crust pizza with sausage and onions. I ordered delivery (first time customer). Was pleasantly happy with whole experience. Woman who took my order was really nice and so was delivery guy. Pizza was good. Wish it had been cooked a little longer and was hotter when delivered. Side salad, basic, but it was fresh and good. I will be orderering from here again.

I’ve always loved Rosati’s for their awesome pizza! But actually everything that I’ve ever had from them was awesome! I have no complaints!

Is it a guilty pleasure?

This is our «go to» place for thin crust pizza when we want it. This Carol Stream location offers a jumbo size which not all of the other stores offer. Take out and delivery only. It’s in the Village Market place mall which is easy to get in and out of. I’ll frequently combine some minor shopping into my pick up trip.
It’s not Vito and Nicks… but I really like it anyway.
The store is clean and efficient, the pizza is consistent. We always ask for it well done and extra crispy. I’m not sure that we are making a difference with that. Decent crust, very cheesy, good with quantities of additional ingredients.
This is an efficient and well run take out pizza place. Order online through Grub Hub to use couponless coupons with your order and get text message updates.

Great pizza! First time I’ve been there and it was amazing! Only downside are the old folks yelling at the auctions next door. Very great taste and the size is perfect. Can’t wait to try more things from here!

The owner, adil, is absolutely the most arrogant individual I’ve ever dealt with. Horrible customer service. Stay away from this location!!! I will never again spend money at his establishment.

Absolutely fantastic! The folks at this Rosati’s clearly have their acts together.
We had a party at the Ackerman sports complex in Glen Ellyn. Our party was on a Sunday afternoon and knew it might be a challenge finding a pizza place able to deliver at 1:00 P.M. I placed the order for our pizzas a couple days in advance and handled the credit card payment over the phone. At exactly 1:00 P.M., the Rosati’s delivery man arrived as promised with our 3 piping hot gorgeous pizzas. Everyone at the party raved about how great the pizza was and asked where we ordered it from. These pizzas are classic Chicago-​style THIN CRUST at their finest– cheese beautifully golden brown and super delicious.
We were very happy with everything and are eager to order from the Rosati’s in Carol Stream again.

This Rosati’s is awesome. I know there are more people who feel the same way. On a Friday Night on a recent visit, I counted 9 people picking up pizza at the same time. Even better, the longest person who waited there was me, and I was there for 5 minutes! This is only because I arrived early because I was so excited to get my pizza pie!
This Rosati’s does not skimp on cheese or toppings! In the suburbs, I think anyone would be hard pressed to find a better overall pizza place, taking into account quality of pizza and the quantity of different options to have.

First off, this Rosati’s is hidden among a small strip mall on the border of Carol Stream and Wheaton! Second, their sign is not the traditional Rosati logo! I think of this place as more of an independent place than a Rosati’s franchise, it has that small business feel to it when you walk in.
The staff has been the same ever since I was a kid, so they must be doing something right.
The best Italian beef I have ever tasted came from here, nicknamed «The Cheef» common at all other Rosati’s. They take the Italian Beef, a Chicago staple, and melt cheese on top. Talk about amazing.
This Rosati’s location serves Chicago Style STUFFED pizza. Stuffed, like Giordano’s or Nancy’s, not Chicago Style DEEP DISH, like Lou Malnati’s, Gino’s East, or Pizzeria UNO/​DUE. This stuffed pizza would be my last meal, no doubt. The combo of the layers of dough, the stuffed crust, and the sweet, tangy make this a unique taste.
All in all, this restaurant is great, a «diamond in the rough», if you will, and I highly recommend it!
I love this place, but they are hit or miss with the stuffed. It’s been amazingly saucy, with a perfect blend of spices, amazingly bland and undercooked, or somewhere in the middle. I just want consistency! They have great coupons, which is why I order here every once in a while. Can’t believe the bad customer service of the past reviewers. Never had a problem!
